Next to football and sex it seems to be the national pastime with more people playing it than the lottery. What Cartman pays at the termas would pale in comparison to how much he would pay when the labor board judge rules against him (always). It is not like they won't eventually take him to the labor board, because they will. It is just better not to give them one more reason.
