Here's an update on P Burgos street, hopefully you find it useful, if anyone can add to, or correct / improve on anything I say then please do so.

A Girly bar for me is a bar or club that has ladies available to barfine and take out for paid sex, the barfine can include the deed or not depending on where you are, in P Burgous street as far as I know the barfine does not include the deed, so you need to negotiate with the lady in question for what exactly you want.

Here is an updated list of the girly bars in P Burgos street:

Starting on the top of the street (there is a slight hill), map included for better understanding we have:

1. Nautica.

2. Par avion (which is the same entrance as Nautica, but upstairs) currently the most naughty spot in P Burgos street.

3. Coco Rock.

4. V8.

5. Fyre Fun Club. With the word Fyre being a play on Fire, the sign has a flaming F so makes more sense than just text.

6. Neon Nights (previously Saharat).

7. Dimples (completely different owner than the previous Dimples I was told by one of the ladies in there).

8. Lips (both downstairs and upstairs).

9. Bourbon.

Technically speaking both Lips and Dimples are not on P Burgos, but are close enough to include here.

Armors was mentioned in a report by Biggusdickus, but I haven't been there or seen it, maybe someone can add a report on it?

Fyre Fun Club is recent, it was open (no front wall or door) with a couple of pool tables and trying to be a shisha bar with some food, looks to be under new management, re-inventing itself as a girly bar but still some way to go, they have a front wall now, so that's a start.

Neon Nights has changed owners, apparently someone from Oz is a new owner, looks similar to the previous Saharat, and the cost of drinks has increased a lot (or maybe this was the first time I was sober there) either way a shot here is 50% more expensive than any other bar on the street, when I visited I only saw a handful of ladies.

So, still no girly bars open on the side of the street that Filling Station is on, and very little activity on the bottom half of the street, hopefully we will see more bars opening up in the coming months now that travel is a bit more relaxed.

I take it all back. V8 is indeed amazing after their policy updates. A lot of smoking hot girls, didn't even make it to Nautica as I was happy with what was on offer in V8. Happy to be proved incorrect.

[/QUOTE]The barfine is the barfine, by that I mean it's the cost to take the lady out of the bar which is a fixed fee set by the bar, it's down to the lady as to if it's short time or long time and your negotiation skills.

Barfines in P Burgos Street are generally 3.5 K to 4 K ($65-78 USD), remember this doesn't include the cost of sex, so that is down to what you agree with the lady either before you take her out or after the deed, but expect to pay at least 2-4 K to the lady and sometimes more depending on what you agree and how valuable she thinks she is.

Was walking in the outside area where the ponds are in Greenbelt. Sat down where some other couples were near the Starbucks reserve is on Google maps. Within a minute of sitting down, was approached by two women. I'd say late 30's or early 40's. Was asked if I wanted company. This was at 5 pm and a mass had just finished nearby. 1) There is a barfine, payable directly to the bar as part of your tab / bill, as you depart (3. 5 - 4 k).

2) There is a separate tip (which Ghost refers to as the cost of sex), which most Burgos gogo girls will insist be agreed upon before departing the bar with you. This tip amount, her services in the room, and her departure time are all up for negotiation before leaving the bar. As most bars give the girl p1000 from the barfine, she will usually not agree to leave the bar with you until she is sure that she can get several thousand more as a pre-arranged tip in the morning. Most girls will negotiate her tip in the bar in the range of 4000 - 6000 (and most are willing to negotiate it down). Unless something goes badly wrong, you are expected to pony-up in the morning your previously agreed-upon tip amount.

If you negotiate a p4000 tip in the bar for the girl at her departure time, she will earn your 4000 + 1000 from the barfine. Burgos gogo girls are relatively consistent in not running early (probably because she knows you will reduce the tip for such behavior).

This is completely different than in AC, where the barfine (up to p4000) is all-inclusive. Any tip amount you pay (if any) is decided by you at her departure time in AC. Most gents on this board mention giving in the range of p300 - 1,000 for good work. AC girls are not so consistent in staying LT, there are more early-departure runners. Possibly this is due to you having paid the entire amount up-front. She will get 50% of the barfine amount (say, p1500 of your p3000 barfine amount) later, and she is unsure if you will tip her in the morning, so running after the first round (or even before the first round, if you take her out drinking / dancing / eating for a few hours before heading to your place) might make sense in her mind.

After three great weeks in Ph I am back to the cold harsh reality of western life. Fantasy life is over, Life goes on for me and back to real life.

Paid the fine and the woman went home with me, at no additional costs nor did she ask. One even stayed over until late afternoon the next day because she hadn't told her parents what she really does (they believe the typical call center job) so since it was a Sunday and her mother expected her to remain at home she wanted to lay up with me during the day. I guess YMMV. Did this for several places there, one bar fine and that was it.

This is a common ploy that bars and girls try on newbies so that 1/ there is no concern of no payment from an unknown punter and possibly 2/ there is no consequence if the girl wants to do an early runner.

It's hardly surprising that DrBombay's girl (s) did not refuse when offered full payment upfront. Why would they? It's a all win / no loss position for them.

DrB: Can you clarify? Did you:

1) Pay just the barfine, but no tip (neither in the bar, nor the next day to the girl)?

2) Paid both the barfine + girl's tip *before* leaving the bar (prepay all)?

3) Other?

If DrB paid the barfine and no tip, that's entirely possible. The gents had just started coming back into the country, and the bars were few and re-opening. They might have been in a desperation mode to get ANY money coming from customers. The current 5 girls - 1 guy ratio in the bars that I am hearing privately would suggest that might continue to be happening.

A new day, new rules, and each bar setting its own policy. Even more-so, each girl sets her own policy. Regardless her hot-ness, if she goes a week (or 3) without a barfine (lack of gents), she might be willing to accept no tip. Scaring the occasional gent away from the bar with a p5000 tip request means no barfines this week. OTOH, failure to mention a tip in the bar might get her a tip in the morning, and maybe 3 barfines this week at p1000 each. P3000 (6000 with small tips) is better than zero.

From one of my regulars, the street scene is coming back the past few weeks. Her friends there tell her of a similar situation: Standing on the street until 2 am, no offers, not enough gents, wasting jeep fare getting there, gents wanting only a massage, no customer for a week. I paid the bar fine (about P3,000 and then probably another P6,000 for the lady) so a total of P9,000 was spent. To some that may sound like a lot, but in the long run, much cheaper than buying them those high priced drinks. I did meet one a friend of a friend who had pulled his lady out of LA Cafe, and she introduced me to someone (I was lazy and paid the price) and for what I payed I still came out ahead with a better deal just paying bar fine. Somehow with the freelancer I was expected to by her daughter's birthday cake the next day and I told her she's not my kid.

In the end though, what I've found is the ones who hustle you with the fast break, will be the ones calling and texting later in the week when things get slow and some other bill is due, that's when I say sorry but you left early or were lackluster and I'm going in a different direction. Hope to get back down there later this summer or early fall!
