Hi, I am planning a visit to HK and Macau. Can anyone advise what's the difference between "Hotel walk-in" and "141 walk-up"? Which one is the outcall service to my hotel? Thanks!

I prefer to bring my spermicidal lubricated Trojans from the US where I buy at warehouse prices and because of bad / expensive experiences from my youth. Plan B is available in most places in Asia over the counter but you should have the gal use it ASAP and within 72 hours. Think it is also over the counter in the US and certain parts of Europe. Only about 70% effective. Also some claim the spermicidal lubricated condoms have a higher failure rate. Only had 1 or 2 Troj failures in decades and all were okay with the extra protection.

The point I was trying to make is that you can't be sure you will get the girl advertised on 141, or even that you will get the same girl twice. Of course, you can always walk away when you are not happy with the girl who opens the door, but if 141 develops this way, it's the same as entering one of the saunas with the expectation that one of the fab ladies pictured on the posters outside will actually be there.

I do not know if there is an official form for Hong kong.

Seen several in Wanchai based on signage and DH. Not sure about privacy or if ID required to do tests. Should ask Chantik as she should probably do a series of tests regularly. Can run most blood tests and one pays based on number of items tested. You can call an agency and ask where they send their DH. To be safe, if you are not going through a doctor, I would run the tests at 3 different places. Check the yellow pages.
