Well with not having too much information about spas in Chennai (since I'm not from here and I am not always sure of the answers to clues), I decided to take a chance at a Spa near the Gardn Shr Hotel. Also the main word in the name means 'to turn on something'. So was hopeful.

Got a therapist from Burma, Miss V. She was chatty and didn't move the disposables around too much until I turned over. Hands were kind of reaching places but not completely. Thought maybe that was a hint and asked her for extras and she flatly refused. Still continued the massage but the chattiness kind of stopped.
