Actually there's more to the noise thing than anything else about these row of Clubs. DBKL cited "noise level" and neighbours "complaints", but friends in the local authorities descreetly/casually mentioned about not renewing licences due to licencing problems. Put it this way, you and all the rest in here know what the clubs are really, rite? it's just about the foreigners doing a business here, without "contributing" to the country economy really..there's more but you guys sure can make it out. cheers BB

Its interesting that in SG its well known that SG allows Orchard Towers for the simple reason that
