Went to Korean massage place called Himawari ([url]http://www.bihaku-dh.com/[/url]) the other day. It's in Okachimachi (between Ueno and Akihabara) and fairly easy to find. These places will usually take foreigners if you understand Japanese. You don't need to speak much, other than pleasantries, but you do need to understand what is being said.This is just my experience.
