I've wanted to travel to Colombia for years now. This post helped me decide to go to Medellin if I get to go there at all. I've been to Brazil on many trips, but want to explore other parts of SA. The only impediment I have now is terminal cancer, but I keep hoping the experimental targeted drug I'm taking will make me well enough for one last mongering voyage. Went to old Loutron and was told that they moved. They will give you a card with the new address on it. They moved 5 days ago to a huge mansion. It make the old one look small. The new address is Calle 16A Sur NO. 9 E-157. It is close to the old one. There weren't many hot girls so I decided to leave. They now charge a 10, 000 peso fee is you don't select anyone.

Also the price at there other place, Abydos has come up to 100, 000 peso. I am not sure of the price at Loutron since nothing there interested me. In the past Louton's had the best didn't seem like that today.

With very few hot girls I don't know how they are going to stay open. I think with more and more job opportunites it is harder to recurit top of the line girls.

It may been an off day. It was a Tuesday at 1pm.

If it is when you first enter OK, but if they spring it on you afterwards then as far as I'm concerned they can pound sand. You would think if a person made a habit of just going to look I can see their point.

The more I monger the more cab drivers and waiters and doorman try to put the bite on me. So far I don't give in to their crap. One time in BAQ, a cab driver called the police on me because I would not pay 60K for a 10k ride. I won that one and posted it quite a while back.

Any way I prefer the El Centro Casa's so Loutron can pound sand no matter what.

While I cannot speak for the most recent grammar cadet's linguistic ability, I have noticed that those most likely to correct the spelling of Colombia (u for o), are those who would not know the difference between preterito and imperfecto to save their lives, and who insist that "nobody has to use the subjunctive, shit, my hooker does not even know what that means." I mean, if you are anywhere short of fluent, you have no reason to correct anyone's Spanish, and for those of us who are fluent (or are close), you really don't care to correct such a minor mistake when you hear the language being fucked up so often.....

They told me about the 10k fee after. Also that 100k at Abydos is for a half hour.

There is no excuse for the "llookie lou" fee. It's only going to drive away customers. I expect it will be enforced selectively.

My opinion is if you go to a place like Loutron you have to take your lumps and not complain about cost. Again, only my opinion but I don't see 65, 000 to 70, 000 pesos difference between girls at Loutron or the Centro casas. No question there is more of a difference between Loutron's building, bar, and surroundings and a Centro casa setup but I am a pragmatist about this sort of thing. I don't go to these places for posh surroundings. If having a go at a Centro casa offends the sensibility then go have a drink at a high end hotel afterwards and enjoy the overstuffed chairs. Just my opinion.

I've never been to Loutrons, and now have even less reason to go. The most I've ever paid is at.

Abydos, followed by Energy, and that is for the surroundings, not for the girls, there really isn't much different, as was just reported. I wrote about Coffee Shop a while back, because you are in a hotel room next door, the decor there was the best I've seen in Centro, with a cost of 56k, I believe.

Cab drivers if they have a meter I round up their fare to an even peso amount. Doormen if they give me a heads up on a certain girl in a strip club then they get 2 K. Waiters get a small tip if they are honest with my bill.

As far as the girls, always a tip if the BBBJ is given with gusto.

Except for a few rookie mistakes years ago when I was careless with girls in my room, I have not been taken over by the middle men.

It was 210k (Not sure if the cover was built into that). As a I recall my last time at Abydos (in March) , it was already at 120k. Damn inflation, it goes up but never goes down!

It will stay open. They cater to a certain crowd which won't go away (rich Colombian's and rich gringos). I don't know about you, but everytime I go there (I go max once a trip) , I see hot girls. Keep in mind, if you are looking for the girl next door, this might not be for you. Most girls are plastic and barbied up.

The opportunity to hook up with a rich guy or the higher pay will always keep the top talent (at least for a couple months. Until they find out it's not all it's cracked up to be).
