From my view Prague can be alright if we are talking about short meetings like only half an hour, a hour meetings or maybe two hour meetings, but the prices varies a lot between clubs and private places. If you are looking for overnight meetings then it comes expensive.

That is just my opinion because I can get overnight with a Czech girl in my own country at the same price or even cheaper than in Prague plus I do not have to travel all the way there with all costs.

Also keep in mind it can be very difficult to book a meeting with a girl you would like to. They are usually fully booked or something else and you most likely end up calling another private place. I have been to Tijuana dozens of times.

I think Madagascar might also fall in there, and generally that the odds of finding it are higher in third world countries (and esp Catholic ones). I have had some great sessions in Medellin.
