A brief visit to Athens allowed me to confirm the information in this thread about Athens. Greece has good mongering options but please don't expect it to have carbon copies of other places. If you like FKKs then you really have to stick to Germany (although one or two places, like Rio, have upmarket clubs of similar size); similarly, to get the plug-and-play options of the Orient, go there. There are some vague similarities between some of the Greek options and some other European countries but honestly, it's best to get to know the country for its own sake. There are many different options, but language is likely to be a first timer's initial hurdle. It's also worth looking around. Crete has a more laid-back scene and is a beautiful place to visit.

You forgot about street walkers albeit poor quality. Mostly EE and Blacks and lot of web sites but escort service is more expensive but some of them may offer a GF experience. Most have on-site facilities. People looking for 'clubs' in Greece tend to want something they've seen elsewhere instead of learning the Greece scene, so best to drop pre-conceptions.

For pick-ups with civvies you are mostly competing with hot Greek guys who speak the language, are not necessarily a quick one night, can probably dance and also have cash to flash. Plenty of upmarket areas if your Greek and dancing are at least up to speed. Otherwise if you have time going to less touristy cities in Greece and finding girls that speak English works better. Obtaining Viagra in Athens is easy. All of the pharmacies carry it. I discovered at least two options: (1) generic sildenafil 100 MG tabs (sildenafil-Sandoz) four tablets / package for 15.50 euros and (2) Pfizer brand Viagra 100 MG tabs with eight tabs / package for 56 euros. Just get off the Metro at Viktoria (Biktoria") and walk across the seedy little grass square with cafes either side, then less than fifty yards to Filis / Fylis and you are more or less in the middle of the white lights, a few more turning right than turning left. Honestly it's much easier to get off the Metro and find it than work it out in your head but you are unlikely to have any trouble.
