However, one problem is language; most girls speak zero English. Other than that, pretty much every small hotel you see around city has something like that going on in the basement or so. Alone is always risky unless the place is foreigner friendly as in many expats go alone. However, I haven't come across anything like that. Can you confirm the location of City Spa? I have tried searching around the location near Mexikhan, however don't see the place. Is there a sign? If you could pinpoint the location I would be much appreciated.
