so having read the forum for Tokyo, I had planned on taking a friend today to Ascot Club since reports suggest it's definitely foreigner friendly, but a post a few posts before this suggests its not 25,000 as advertised but more like 75,000now this seems a bit expensive, however I am due to go there in the next 3 hours and not going will not go down to well in front of a friend, so my question is, any alternatives which I should be looking at, or do I just bite the bullet and go ...many thanks

Just about to leave for Tokyo tomorrow and I was wondering, how do I get to the supergirls soapland discussed on the forum? I'll be staying at shiodome so are there any good spots nearby?

I was wondering if there is any place (club, disco) in Tokyo where to hook up Jgals outside Roppongi.I have tried Roppongi for few years now, and it is increasingly difficult to hook up there.In Heartland, there is usually 70% men and 30% (mostly late 30s and ugly) women.Very rarely there are some good 20s good looking and they are immediately attacked by many men.Same goes for other clubs in Roppongi.Motown has the same men/women rate as Heartland and women are usually late 30s or older there.First club is slightly better, but starts to pick on only after midnight which is little bit late for me.I bet there are many clubs in Tokyo where late 20s go out to have fun, not necessarily in Roppongi, and where there is less gaijin competition.If anybody can help, thanks.

Heartlands has definately deteriorated since the heyday of 4 or 5 years ago. I still get numbers in there, though the fitter lasses are very picky and have to put in a lot of work. I find myself lowering standards in there slightly. It's a sellers market. Muse has turned up a few surprises lately, both from attacks I've made to the seating areas and for stragglers and leftovers near the dancefloor. That's always around two-ish I guess. I always think it's possible to do reasonably well in any well attended gaijin bar in Tokyo, or even further afield. People who go there are by nature interested in foreign things. I've had some really slendid nights in the Hobgoblin, Shibuya; Dubliners, Shinjuku. Even in such bars out in Tachikawa or Atsugi. You just need a good wing man. For higher quality, Blacklist nights at the Desert Rose in Ginza are pretty good. Though I have yet to try my luck as I had to leave early. Two Rooms on Aoyama Dori has classy lasses as well, though slighly older and it's difficult to make a move.

Don't know if it was too early, or if definitively closed..Moved than to plan B; took the Yamamote line at Shimbashi, and got out 10 minutes later at Okachemachi, and was at Champs 5 minutes later. I just saw your post today. As I wrote in my last post, there are many other alternatives than ascot that is cheaper. Both Pretty girl and the prima donna chains have been reported to be gaijin friendly. You can always take a look at this site zuva.jp for more info.If you did go to Ascot, how was the experience?
