My first 5 weeks in Jakarta
The first two weeks were pretty bad, I had to get into it again I guess. I only had 3 girls and felt like a kid in the candystore who sees all the candy and wants it but cannot get it because it is stacked too high.
But then suddenly the tide changed, I met an insatiable girl and after that I was wearing a big grin on my face 24/7 and suddenly I got approached by more girls then I could handle in the malls. The last 3 weeks I got 3 girls from a mall (only because I have too many lined up from Dateinasia and Cupid but there are still some Mall girls in my phone I yet have to arrange a date with)
The dating sites (Dateinasia and Indonesiancupid) also started to deliver and because I felt really happy and comfortable I could joke and be funny with the dates from there and make them comfortable. The result was that 9 out of 10 girls went home with me on the first date.
I have not been to a club the last 3 weeks.
The last 3 weeks I have been seeing 12 girls, a big difference from the 3 girls I had in the first 2 weeks.
I am a sucker for freebees (always been) and I always tell the girls I meet and who want to come with me that they cannot come for the money, they don't seem to care. It really does help that I speak fluent bahasa. It also helps that I keep my body in perfect shape, girls don't like to admit it but they really appreciate guys who are in shape. Many people say Indonesian girls don't care about the physical part of a guy and that is partly true, but it surely does help to land a girl.
I even hit it off with a girl who was totally not into me initially, (very cute and sexy but a bit snobby) normally I would get all shy and lose my confidence but her attitude made me even more confident and I saw it as a real challenge to try to get her into my room. The moment she changed from drinking coke zero into Bintang I knew I had her.
I like to take my dates to a cheap but very nice cafe that is very popular among the Indonesian crowd, drinks here are ridiculously cheap but the vibe and the atmosphere of the place are so good that girls almost automatically become comfortable with you.
All in all I never had a better time in Indonesia as I have today, Ramadan will be upon us soon and I booked a ticket to Bali when it starts.
Vitamin V at Loasari market
In the market in front of Lokasari Plaza in Mangga Besar there used to be a stall selling "Obat Pria" at reasonable prices (I forgot what those prices were, so it did not make much of an impression on me). I plan to go there this week to see if it is still there and to buy some. The staff was usually sleeping behind the counter but was easily awakened.

Regards,
Ko
I went there today. The stocks were somewhat bigger today so the shop attendant could get my order immediately.
Asking price for a bottle of 30 Viagra (100 mg) was 1. 5 Juta which works out as 50, 000 per pill.
I bought two bottles for 2. 5 Juta. Didn't feel like heavy tawaring as the guy was friendly and helpful. Hadn't been there for over a year and he knew what I wanted. Before I left I checked the seals of the bottles, which he smilingly accepted.
Unfortunately on the way back to my hotel there was another demo against the lowering of subsidy on fuel. The Hizbut whatever had assembled another rent-a-mob to slow traffic on the Thamrin. They think shariah is the answer to the budgetary problems of the Indonesian government. What these morons don't realise is that nobody is impressed by these demos because everybody knows the protesters are hired thugs (5, 000 IDR, a packet of cigarettes and a small lunch gets you a demonstrator who will yell whatever you tell him).

A walk around Plaza Senaya
Finally finished work for the day and headed out for some eye and otherwise candy, in this very amazing stop. Wanted to check out red square, got myself a beer before paying the exorbitant 125000 for the first drink, anyways, paid up, got in and voila, the place is empty. Some women already hooked and none too amazing.
A bunch of 4-5's walked in around 11:30 and were obviously not my taste so finished my drink and walked away. All in all a big let down. Will check out the scene at CJ's tomorrow evening before I get out of Jakarta. In hindsight I should have rather spent my time chatting with one of the hostesses in my hotel club, that should have paid some dividends, if not this time, then in the next trip to town.
I might go down to Alexis just for the heck of it.
In case someone has recommendations of a must stop place. Do send me a PM, will be happy post back a report.
Cheers,
