This is supposed to be a full bore, all out, party for over 60 or 70 people including Casa Blanca one and two guests. It cost money to feed and liquour up all these people, so the guests at the Casa Blancas can afford to pay an equal amount of money out of pocket to subsidise the shenanigans, feeding and fun. Remember the old days when they passed the hat and Mr. Chepskate got to enjoy the food and fun and not pay one cent? I remember that. It was embarrasing these leaches coming by, drinking all the liquor, eating all the food and when asked to help out a little bit, they never had any money. This is way better; we all pay equal amount of money upfront or you are not going to be there. This wipes out the cheap bastards that did that BS all the time. I think it is the best way to make it happen and not feel like one is paying for a "Walmart Gringo" as someone mentioned before to drink, eat and have the same fun as those willing to fund it.
