Just left Kiev after spending Friday and Saturday night there. I spent many hours reading this board beforehand, as I have done for many years now, when traveling. Shooters would not let me or my friend in. We don't speak Russian so I'm not sure why. We were dressed as well as the others coming and going. We later were told Shooters is a "regular" club anyway. Avalon is a nice place that was packed wall to wall, but with couples and groups. NO available girls. I only saw two girls not involved with friends, out of hundreds of people. Caribbean Club, nothing happening here. D' Lux, wouldn't let us in. The cabbie said it was a private party, but again, without Russian, I'm not sure why. Another cabbie takes us to some brothel / apartments he knows, but these girls were 4's to 6's, (only 600 UAH / hr) but we wanted the 9's and 10's we've been seeing all day and in the pics online. So we declined both times and went to Arena, which was not well recommended on this board in many posts. Since it was close to 4am it was too late. OK. So I am a new guy here but lurked for some info. Now that I have been to Kiev, I thought I would share. I was in Kiev just before T-day for 6 days. Here is what I found.

1) Shooters is where to go if you want to be surrounded by young girls looking to find a rich man. There are pros in the crowd but not so much. Finally, as to the description of Police activity below, I passed them on the street at all hours of the day and night and never was once stopped.
