Not the best country for female sex tourism. By myself I'm not interested in asian, south african and guys like Indian, Pakistan or Iran. So I'll speak about white guys, in Hong Kong you can find. This bar fills up with a lot of DH's (4pm-5pm) and has a very good atmosphere. You will find a few attractive gals here and they love to dance and rub their butts against your dick.
