Security Guards
Looking at staying at an Airbnb in one of the Pacific Point towers north of the Ocean Sun Casino. How is security coming in and out? Would you foresee any issue taking girls up? I only see gated entrances.
I've encountered guards there when this chick gave me the apt number but no tower number. I called her and put him on the phone it was no problem. I stayed at the JW they charge 100 dollar guest fee but I walked past their guards with casino girls and they said nothing. Nice selection at the sun casino.

No go spots
Hey everyone, been to Panama many times in the past and even as recently as last year. I mostly stay in the tourists spots and areas. And always usually feel real safe as I can blend in. But what is the no go spots to avoid. General areas. I never had a problem walking around but at night I mostly stay in the real safe spots. Wanting to explore a little more. Looking for girls or not, just wanting to see some more.

I stayed pretty much in or near the tourist areas but as my guide drove around town I was shocked at the level of poverty I saw. The worst neighborhoods in the USA look like Beverly Hills in comparison. If you venture into a neighborhood that looks like the set of a zombie movie, you probably don't want to be there too long.

Panama not bad
Finally made the trek to Panama City and it wasn't bad. My hotel was walking distance from Cafe Foto, and there were some stunners in there. I'm cheap though, so I took a cab ride to La Bocatorena on Saturday and Monday. They had more than an adequate amount of girls. The knock on the door was quick, but the girls did what they had to do too get the job done. Next stop Medellin in October.

Cafe Foto Not Cheap

Cafe Foto ain't cheap though with girls quoting $200 US but I always get them down to $150 US or pass. Still that is near Toronto rates. Even Cafe Foto charges a stupid price for cranberry juice. Good thing they don't charge a cover to get in.

I don't see the inclusion of Ocean Sun Casino—this seems to me to be the best part of Panama mongering.
Is that 150 $ for the hour? Seems like you get better from some of the walking girls.
I don't think there's really any set time duration but it's definitely for a short time session rather than an all night long time one. During my trip there last time, it was a 3 minute walk back to my Airbnb from Cafe Foto and I think we were done in 1 to 1. 5 hours which was enough for me. I'm not aware of any walking girls there.

Colombian girls will always be priced better at the source country, ie. , Colombia. Panama City on the whole is not a cheap destination especially when compared to other Latin American countries. I'm going there for another trip just because I have a friend who is meeting me there and he's never experienced the scene.

I second www.panescorts.com It has been the best for me my past 2 trips (early and late 2023).
IMO best online choice is panescorts (had experienced it $100-$150) but I did come across this site which I haven't https://lagaleriapty.com/en/ (may be other mongers here could provide feedback on this one) if not you could try and report back. For in-person experience (Outside Habanos, JW Marriott Casino - $100-$200) and for a cheaper option La Bocatorena ($15 - didn't get a chance to experience).

Panama city
If you ever fly copa they offer free extended layovers in panama city and very often flights I consider taking have at least an overnight layover. Having been there a few times I think for me a day or 2 on layover works best as like a bonus while traveling to another country. Especially going somewhere little further like Brazil. Great way to break up the flights. Overall I really enjoy panama city. I think it's a really diverse place offering a lot of cool things to see and do. The mongering has different options as well. I have been to habanos (I guess now it's called cafe foto) to rich for my blood. I'm a cheap trick so bocatorena is more my speed. There are other strip clubs and pay for play spots throughout the city too that offer options that are in between when it comes to price and quality. Usually after 2 or 3 days in panama I'm ready to go.

It was actually $200 cheaper to stay two nights in the city instead of having a 1 hour stopover in Panama. I agree it is a great place for a short visit.

La gruta
I can second that la gruta can be a nice alternative. Although it's very hit and miss. As far as takeout from la bocatorena I'm sure you could negotiate it if you wanted but it's probably going to be expensive. I have never tried to and I don't know anyone who has.
