When I say confident I don't mean rude especially with police. If you are drunk to the point of being wasted or loud you are going to the station. Any rudeness whatsoever to a cop = gloves off. Treat them with respect & a firm tone and you will be fine. There is a pecking order in Mumbai and cops don't give a shit about your rights as a citizen, they aren't even aware of the concept. Even the scenario & things on the offer a year back is missing, now.
