Talking about the bars there. I was in atlantis. Hot girl I have sit on my lap. Bought her a drink and she said she never goes with a white guy and only koreans and will only stay short time. She says she never gets an orgasm and does not want one. She wants money only.

Lets take my travel buddy Phantomtiger2 for instance. Regardless of how many post someone have, I for one believe it should be based on the quality of the post and then after that should the ranking for seniorship begin with the more number of quality post to gain senior status. Better than just going with trying to up the number of post with just answers of yes or no or I agree or disagree.

There are some forum members who have hundreds of posts, but when you look for any substance or valuable information it is sadly lacking. As you said it is easy to accumulate dozens of posts by responding to someone else's posts with pointless comments, or a couple of words. Then there are the other members who seem to be in some kind of exclusive mutual admiration society, so much so that they like to take over boards with their pointless (and to everyone else) meaningless exchanges and public back slapping (metaphorically speaking). I know the owner pretty well as he often comes into my bar so I asked him the same since he converted it into a sports bar. He is also in the process of converting Illusions into a sports bar as well (he recently bought it off of Wolf who is returning home for medical issues with his family). He stated that it is based on all of the recent problems with the local and national governement, corruption and just general issues dealing with dancers. He claims he is still making good money off of Gentlemens but like I said to him,"how many sports bars do we realy need in AC?"

i appreciate your post, you expressed yourself fine. i am in my 50's and in good shape and i really enjoyed being in pi where all males (including older ones) are appreciated and have a shot at younger women. the women there value experience and financial security as well as the superficial stuff. as i moved around the country i saw older guys w / younger women everywhere and i thought it to be very natural. thru necessity or whatever i could see that these couples were enjoying themselves and were very much excepted by the society there.

i am by no means implying that corruption, and extortion of businesses has disappeared. it remains in full living color for those foreigners in business. i am not implying that the traffic police will not stop a foreigner on motorcycle to get a few hundred peso "tip". or a bribe to the gate keepers at the beginning of fields will allow you pass the baracade with your car or motorbike. if one gets himself in a position that criminal charges can be levied on him, then yes extortion will be used to get out of trouble. that has not disappeared. yes, you may have to give the police a financial incentive to investigate a crime against you or your property.

the average and overwhelming majority of tourists would have nothing to fear from the police here, that is my point. but, as an example, if you are coming here to do drugs, run scams, or chase **** girls, then if you are noticed the police system here can be described as corrupt.

Its how you spend in a bar that attracts the attention of the management and gets the bar to revolve around you. Not for everyone, I know. But if you want the world to stop in the bar, get the management up on their tip toes, start ringing bells, throwing balls and buying huge quantities of ladies drinks. Want everyone to cheer when you walk in the bar, do these things on your previous visit. Just how it works.

They get treated as royalty because they are spending the money. Ringing the bell and attracting a lot of attention. So can I blame the business? Not really but it is interesting. And I will not do that just to get better service.

Actually giving the waitress a tip or a drink right away will ease a lot of pressure. At least with her.

Now I have been some places where I don't spend a lot of money but I take the mamason and buy her a drink and start talking to her.

Even one I got a rapport with that was finding the type of girls that I wanted exactly. And offered to bring them over after work.

in san francisco if you are getting robbed and you call the police they will be there in less then ten minutes to help you out.

in sydney, australia if you are getting robbed and you call the police they will be there in less then eight minutes to help you out.

in philippines if you are getting robbed the police are there. they are the ones robbing you.

i guess the only thing i can say is yes be very careful. and really you can not trust the police but if you have to deal with them then treat them with respect and be cool.

be very careful about the extortion and other things that have happened here as you can protect yourself from being a victim by having the knowledge about them and avoid the situations.

From here, take a trike to Fields Ave in Balibago (your hotel, about 10 min) but negotiate the price before riding. Don't pay more than 100 pesos. BTW, if you are going back to Manila also via bus, take the "Victory Liner" bus to the "Pasay" terminal and take a metered taxi to the airport.

The only, pitfall is negotiating with taxis and trikes. You can take a taxi directly to Angeles but expect to pay around 2500-3000 pesos.

When in Angeles (a couple of times per year) , I normally stop in at DH or Atlantis once or twice a week just to look at the 'shows'. An hour is enough, and then I move on somewhere else. I have never yet found a girl there who is a definite 'must have'. Sure, pretty ones, but 'must haves'? No. Not for me. (One of the best ladies I ever had was from Rhapsody just down the road for example, a real 'spanner').

I do not barfine from DH or Atlantis / Furbidden City, but I do figure that I should buy a drink or two at the slightly higher prices there to pay for my 'admission'.

However, since I normally have plans to barhop seriously elsewhere, it actually is not a bad thing if I am ignored by the waitresses for a time. Whereas in other bars I might have three drinks in an hour, at DH, I have noticed that I might only get served one in that same time. If it turns out that I do not have to pay at all.
