Performance is great! What's great is I don't get the headaches or flushing sometime associated with taking the pill alone. Also, something about Hennessy just makes you feel like you don't have a care in the world and can tackle any challenge, including my record 6 chicas in one day (one at be-fast, one after lunch, one before dinner, one before going out to Classico's and two together after leaving).a very full day. My father once hooked up with a blonde Canadian woman at this hotel, he was 70 she was 30. Friendly guests used to stay at the Sosua Bay Hotel. Probably the most expensive AI in Sosua.

These hotels show up on Orbitz, Expedia, Travelocity.

The lifestyle rate is true, but that price probably gets you the basic hotel accommodation, nothing fancy or close to VIP service. Meals cost $10 each they're not included. Their cheapest timeshare is somewhere around $18k, which they wrongly advertise that anyone you know can use it and receive the same services as the owner. The whole place is built around a caste system in which you are worth the color bracelet you wear. Some of the negative reviews in this link tell the real story:

OK, but what do I get for $42 a night? When I think AI I think free food, free booze, and the whole nine yards. I know the AI are hurting in PP but this looks like a money losing deal. I can eat $21 worth of food easy and my booze bill would put them out of business.

Panman made reference that the discount rate is for a basic room only which I tend to believe is the case.

From $44 per person per night All Inclusive!

Does anyone know of anything mongering-oriented going on in Sosua or POP on New Year's Eve? I understand this is somewhat of a family holiday in some countries. Will places like Classico's be open? I do know that Passions will not be open.

The ventana link says $44 per person, probably assuming double occupancy, so $88 per couple. Plus tax of 16%.$14, so $102 per day for the couple all inclusive. I think this is a real rate and more or less covers their marginal costs and is a desperate effort to keep up occupancy. Because they are all about their fixed costs. If you don't stay in the room they still have to pay the cleaning staff. If you don't eat the buffet food they still have to put it out. Local generic rum and beer are pretty cheap and a few heavy drinkers average out.

If the place is halfway decent I know a lot of chicas who would get a huge kick out of it, and $100 a day for room and board for both of you would make it worthwhile.

Peter is always a step ahead of the game, makes me wonder if there is going to be a massive chica roundup by the cops and Peter doesn't want his girls caught up hmm.

Looking at the Lifestyles links they seem to be about stilling timeshares and different tiers so it's probably 21 x2 for double occupancy plus 16% tax for basic no food / drink / facilities just a room and a hard sell for upgrade to timeshare.

Sweeper has a travel agency, inside prices are cheaper. I know oftentimes Dominicans pay much less than foreigners at the AIs. I can remembering reading an article on DominicanToday. Com, that some all inclusive hotels in Puerto Plata had to offer rates in the $20 (I believe to some travel companies or something) per night range and the owners of the AIs were pissed because they couldn't make much of a profit at those rates.

Since 2009, Orbitz has been pricing the Gran Ventana All-Inclusive Hotel at about US$95 to US$105 a night (double occupancy, off-season rate).

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Gran Ventana at Playa Dorada in November 2009. It's a very nice hotel. I was looking for a Playa Dorada hotel with a good reputation for good food and I found it in the Gran Ventana. The hotel has three restaurants and a buffet, which are all-inclusive in the price of the stay. Also, the service is very good and the rooms had been recently renovated (2008 or 2009) in two of the three wings.
