Sometimes I role quite high myself but I feel to some extent that is because I spend serious bucks on accomodations, airtravel (biz / first) , wine, dine and clubbing. For the girls I go probably a tad above given rates but nothing to serious. Its even worse than providers who want 10k up front, its just guys in London or Atlanta who are supporting some pinay he's never met. Exceptional item regarding such:

At the time I found this amazing. You also see this behavior on scammer websites. Typically a guy writes in, starting with: "I never been to phils but there's this girl. Been sending her $100 / month. I figured something was wrong when she asked money the third time this month for shoes for her brother. Blah blah blah." Not sharp enough to figure out he shouldn't have been sending money to someone he'd never met.

But I've also run into gents (some on this board) who give 10k per session (routinely). Have heard several explanations for this behavior; have yet to hear a good one.

I've never seen a nation as a whole go so ape s*t over Valentines Day than this nation of unwed mothers and common bastardy. So I've had a lovely little thing pursuing me over the internet. Fortunately she's in the nether regions of the 7, 100 islands. I don't know how many Thai chicks (especially when they are new to the foreigner scene) I have met who have met some foreigner and gotten a tattoo of his name, later to find out what a big mistake that was.
