Gentlemen,

I've been away from the forum a bit and so have been catching up on my reading. I've been reading the past few pages here and have noticed some disturbing reports as of late. The same with other forums and sites. Reports of high prices, bad attitudes, rip-ffos, crimes, bar/disco closures, etc.

In just the past few pages I have come accross:

1. A guy that pays 3000B + 600B bar-fine for a BEER-BAR girl. WTF!

2. The same fellow the pays an outrageous 4000B + 600B bar-fine UPFRONT for a disappointing go-go girl. WTF! Now we are encouraging paying upfront? ! Don't people realize the scams and star-fish behavior this will encourage!

3. Another gent pays an outrageous 4000B for a disappointing soapy massage girl service. Then TIPS 500B. WTF is the tip for; to encourage poor service?

4. Another reports paying a mid-30's free-lancer 2500B for ST. WTF! What ever happened to 1000B ST?

5. Another guy has a go-go girl set the hotel alarm-clock for a disappoing ST. WTF! Is he reporting from NYC or Bangkok?

6. Another has a free-lancer agree to fun on the street then does a 180 in the room.

From all these terrible experiences reported here and else-where it almost seems that LOS is collapsing as a P4P destination.

So, is it? Or are these just isolated incidents? Is LOS still worth visiting?

The girl will make very sure you know the deal before going with you.

ISG appears to be getting more and more people attemtping to promote the services of a couple of places. By doing so they actively encourage over paying, paying up front, over tipping etc.

I have made my points many times, I am still here and I am enjoying Thailand as ever was in the past.

First things first - Freelancers should be 1000B to 1500B short time, depending on what they offer and their looks. Some you will get down to 500B or a little more depending on how desperate they are.

Massage - 500B for a HJ, 1000B for a BJ and 1500B for FS. End of story.

Use of facilities (eg room at massage place) - 400B for 1 hour, 600B for 1.5 hours, 800B for 2 hours.

Avoid at all cost escorts or escort agencies who attempt to rip you off by supplying a 1500B girl for 4000B or more.

Do not tip if you receive bad service.

Do not pay a tip if any place you pay for "all in" pricing up front.

Bar fines - avoid them at all costs. If the girl really likes you she will meet you after work, or in the morning of the next day. If you cannot wait or want to support her in getting her monthly bar fine "quota" then at least agree what she will do and what she will be paid BEFORE you pay the bar fine. Be explicit and do not be shy, these girls get through kilometres of cock per year and never forget that. If she fails to do anything agreed then get rid of her asap and give her 1000B and put it down to experience, and let other ISG members know the bar name and the girls name/number.

I suppose there are more people like me enjoying themselves and happy and quiet, as opposed to those not happy and writing on here so the views may be skewed to be more negative.

IMO there are four great mongering destinations left in Asia: Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, and China. Thailand is as good as any of them, and apart from the Philippines, the easiest and most user-friendly. It just takes a bit of research and preparation.

Ok, last time I was at Tulip was a few months ago, but the total charge was 2,100. Has it gone up even more to 2,300? Can others confirm this? (it was already overpriced at 2,100.

Regarding the take out fees you mention - am I reading this right that you are saying that you pay the massage parlour 3000 baht, and then pay the girl 4,000-5,000 baht on top of this? A total of 7,000-8,000 baht?! Or did you mean the total was 4,000-5,000 baht, including both 'tip' and the 3,000 baht fee? In either case the price is absurd, I'm just curious.

House charges are:

1 hr 400
1,5 hr 600
2 hr 800

Girl expects to get 1.500 for full service.
These are in house charges.

Most probably you had an hour and half.

Funny you say that- I find myself avoiding eye contact with girls unless I want them to come over. Otherwise, I expect these girls to watch themselves in the mirror- it's another trait they share with my pet parakeet, along with a similar IQ.

Has anyone had any experience with "Volume Pills"? I only see intel on Ogoplex and seminax but the websites all say that Volume Pills are superior in performance. Anyone try these Volume Pills yet? I would appreciate all of your feedback before I make a huge investment.

But it just represents the loss of earnings to the shop and the girl if she goes with you ie in a day she may easily have 4 customers, so that would be 6000 Bht to her and say around 3000 Bht to the house.

So I can see the business logic - they just don't want to encourage all-day take-outs.

I recently wanted to take out my favourite girl from Devil's Den for an o/n, but she was on a 4-day booking with another customer, at I think 7000 Bht per day...

I would not say (nor imply) that go-go and bar girls are stupid. Most of them are uneducated, but certainly way smarter than numerous foreigners. Actually, the dumbest acts that I've witnessed or heard about in Thailand so far were made by Farangs! And funny enough, more often than not, they do those stupid things in order to please a (working or former) bar or go-go girl, go figure!

I would not underestimate your pet parakeet's IQ if I were you... ;)
