1.) how many shots you are able to do for night call? 7 PM TO morning 5 AM.

Personally, its 2. But that depends on the bird. The deal is that night calls aren't strictly from 7-5 and depending on other stuff happening in life the night call could actually only start by 10 -11 and end later.

2.) pleasantries given by you mostly?

Some sort of pleasantries are required. I think only a BJ bar doesn't require pleasantries.

Since you seem to be based in Chennai, it would depend on how proficient you are at Hindi. Otherwise, you can woo the Afros or NE in English. Haven't come across a South Indian WG in Delhi.

If memory serves, in one of these places the WG was asking for extra cash to go topless. Since te WG gets very little money for FS since the pimp collects it all, the WGs have taken this route.
