Overall, I think that you are doing a good job here and the ISG is my preferred message board about mongering, but the time has come to make some changes.

I think that the ISG has grown so much, possibly beyond your expectations. You do a good job at trying to keep the site running smooth, but you ARE only one guy and the time constraints of managing a huge site like this, plus your other outside work and maintaining a personal life, is too much for anyone. For that reason, serial antogonists, flamers and other low-life losers are often given free-reign while you get around to dealing with them. This, many times takes as long as a few days- a few days which often interrupt the flow and harmony of an otherwise great thread. When do you get to the problem , you generally do the right thing.

Having said that, though, I think its time that you possibly consider naming some moderators for various threads so that things can run even smoother. Possibly, each section or country could have its own moderator, therby cutting down the work that you have to do.

I'm sure there are many senior members in good standing here who would be willing to help out pro bono or for just a possible subscription upgrade.

I really hope that the report below is an example of the inefficiency of the software that you employ to identify Reports of Distinction and not an indication that you think that this report is of such high quality that it merits being placed in a seperate section for easy reference. This report describes behaviour reminicent of how junior high school males sometimes behave at sock hops held at their school as they attempt to "feel up" the good looking girls. It would be hilarious if it were not so pathetic. Who will punch out Guy #2 first, a boyfriend of one of the girls, or better yet, one of the girls themselves?

You have told me to simply put Guy #2 on my ignore list. You would likely give the same advice to Dr. Skank, Guido88, Asia Traveler2, Firebird, TJ Fannatic, Cruiser D, Synombinky, Larsca4, Round, Wise Buddy, Charlie H., Peoples Elbow, Excess and Ricardo Cabrone who are just a cursory list of members who have objected to his posts. And what about the hundreds of other members who are also put off by his posts but have said nothing?

You have placed Guy #2 under permanent monitering status. This is because you have had to remove many, many of his 368 reports for blatant racist comments and personal attacks. I have NEVER seen a single one of his 368 reports that would help another monger in the pursuit of our hobby. And yet you keep him around, and with this ROD status, actually encourage him to make more of these kinds of posts.

I am seriously questioning if I want to remain a member of a forum that allows this kind of thing to happen.




Guy #2 report from the Prague forum:

Yeah that's another groupie: Karoke. Ignore him. I went bar hopping in the States last night. I got 3 phone numbers, deleted 2 and the 3rd I have mixed feelings. With thefirst number, I turned around and she was grinding on some guy. With the 3rd, 4 guys came up and started talking to her as I was talking to her. It led to a physical confrontation, and I called the cops. Yeah, I was walking around kissing other people's girfriends with the girl's consent and hugging them.

What's the point? Last night was a very bad experience, particularly when you get a phone number from someone and you turn around and she is grining like a ***** on some other guy. I know that American women when they hit 25 stop acting like this. But why? Because they can't do it anymore. And what did they do from 18 to 25?

My point is I do not see a difference between an escort and a Western woman. What difference does it make if she fucks 100 guys or 10 guys?

Yeah, I know there are extreme and ATTRACTIVE conservative Christian women who don't act like this. But they are in the minority and you never see what they do behind closed doors.

So I am out 60$ including $30 in drinks I bought for the 2 bimbos who let me put my hand on their ass.

But compared to Prague, this sucks. It is a waste of money, it is a waste of time. And you get shit. These girls from last night are ll age 21 to 26 and white and attractive.

But there is no comparison to Prague. It sucks living here. I will go out tonight and try this again EXCEPT I will not spend more than $7.

I am still trying to get over the image of seeing a girl I just talked to get grinded. Of course, I joined in the grinding even if the othe guy was on the other side.

But we are not talking about escorts. We are talking about normal chicks. That's why it is so disturbing. That is why I don't see the difference between escorts and normal girls.

It is cheaper for me to fly to Prague than to live here and go out with these bimbos. And I haven't even discussed getting over the age and race issue here and the issue of fitting in.

That is why I do not appreciate the posts from guys like Karoke and Guido88. Look at their names, so stereotypically. I am trying to do something different--survive--in a world that is very messy. These guys just want to fit in and be like everyone else. Hide during the day and live in a closet.

Anyway, my final comments goes back to my originally thought. It is about money and work. Making money. I am going to quit my job and start my own business so I can fly to Prague.

Last night I was stupid. I almost had feelings for these bimbos. I should have saved my money for Sweet Paradise.

Remember, if she is not a virgin and you are not fucking her, someone else is. Women have sex drives 24 hours a day. Go to any bar at 3:00 am in the morning. Keep your costs down.

I too have been skeptical about a number of reports of dubious quality recommended by Jackson as Reports of Distinction. Then I noticed that nearly all of the reports in recent memory so recommended by Jackson are reports by Regular Members who have a very small number of posts. In fact, at least one or two that I recall have actually been first posts. So I came to the conclusion that this is strictly a business strategy on the part of Jackson, i.e., he wants to keep the newbies with the forum so that they will stay and become paying members. If this works and is a good business strategy, so be it. However, it does defeat the purpose of having Reports of Distinction in the first place, or so it seems to me.

Dear Jackson,

I have posted some videos of me in action with some of the girls who I have posted pictures of, because I can't post videos here. However, I am only going to give those links to members who have a PM function and who have contributed constructively to this site. I will check their posts first before I give out the links, to keep them to the better posters. Perhaps I am being a bit "snobish" or something here, but that is the way I want it.

Most of the videos are posted as "Private" so only if you have the link can you see them.

The photography is not great, the quality is only passable, but they are all real one of me and some of the girls I've seen.

I also will only give them out to people who provide me will a real e-mail address, (ie not Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail and so on) to my personal e-mail address. But they have to contact me through the PM system first.

We may search a specific thread such as 'Thailand' for a member's posts, but as far as I can tell we cannot search anything more specifically than that. For example I want to search for a members posts only in 'Thailand - Other Areas'. Is there a way to do this? Can there be?
