Perhaps things have changed since the days when I regularly strolled the streets of Paris. But, even with horrible high-school French, and a willing attitude, I always seemed to find a great time there. What happened to Rue St. Denis? The quality of the local talent went from 2/10 to at least a 9.5/10 and the price was reasonable. I can recall some GREAT experiences there. In fact, I'm headed back that way in a couple of months and will post an updated report then. Randy

Randy, in the areas of Rue St. Denis, be wary as hell. I was again there in August 2002. Again, as in 2000,I found the area still swarming with displaced Balkans gypsies. Very scary prospect when you consider women gypsies with their kids can mob and rob you in seconds and if you harm one for picking your pockets, their man is waiting within a few steps away and they carry Stanley razor boxcutters.

And, don't bother with Blvd. de Clichy or the Pigalle areas. It is still shit city there.

Previously the areas immediately north of Place De Madeleine church to the St. Malesherbes church, I have found to be a prime pussy hunting area. It still holds true now.

In August, I did quite a few circuits around the blocks by the Arc de Triumphe. I saw a few really nice ladies around there, but not in numbers like at Madeleine.

I was in Paris last month, so I have some fresh info.
First, Rue St. Denis - I was carefull after all the warnings here, and I didn't walk there after 9:00 pm. I did walked there in the morning and afternoon, and didn't have any trouble. While there is still light, there are many people (men and women) traveling there, most of them for shopping and not looking for SW. The Sw are just part of the area...

I was there as early as 11:00 am, and already there were many hookers hanging around. I would say that third of them are old/fat/ugly, and the other two thirds are blacks, some very beutiful. I took one of the blacks, she demanded 30E for BJ and 50 for everything, and after discussion, she agreed for 40E for everything. We went for an apartment, and spent there about 15 minutes. No rush but surely not GFE.

I liked the scene in St. Denis, and didn't feel threatened. If you like black girls, this is a great place. Of course, I didn't even think of going into the night clubs, altough one man hold my arm and tried to convince me to do that - I just kept working.

I also tried to check the scene near the Arc de triumph, in the streets of Macmahon, Wargram, Carnot and the area, but all I found there were two black girls and two old ladies. Maybe I looked in the wrong place? I saw that other memebers couldn't find there anything, so maybe there is some misuderstanding?

Merlin, Thanks for the warning. I have had one bad experience with the Gypsy children on the embankment near the Lourve, and it wasn't pleasant. And that was wwwithout box cutters involved.

Obviously, Rue St. Denis has changed considerably since my time there. I don't recall more than a handful of blacks, and the atmosphere was pretty safe, even well into the night.

It is a shame, it was rather like the fast food court in those American shopping malls. Something for every taste, and at reasonable prices.

I was in Paris few days ago and the most vivid memories I'll have from this trip are about the cold weather and the high cost of living, but certainly nothing memorable about sex.

We had two rounds of which only the second one was of some (moderate) quality, price paid 150 Euros, the room was quite a dumpster and overall just a mediocre experience.
On my way to the airport the cab driver was trumpeting the variety and availability of the 'putains' of Paris. Yeah right, not for me buddy - at least not this time.

Good news for Paris punters. The French government has now enacted laws to curb aggressive panhandlers and street beggars. Stiff penalties and prison terms will be thrown upon the people, especially the Romani and Kurdish gypsies who use their children in their scams and pickpocketing. Gone will be the aggressive bums and crap who make it perilous for us punters who wander the area around Arc de Triumph looking for great pussy.

The Rue St.Denis seems to have some fans and some critics! i don't have a problem fucking all day, and doing my drinking at night. I am very much interested in protecting my parts, as i plan to be in the Phillipines later this year for some serious fucking and sucking-ahhh, good old filthy Manila. Paris is supposed to be the city of love so who knows, maybe i can find someone who love me, if only by the hour.

I will keep checking the forum, and i am grateful for any tips/hints you guys can give me. I will post my results (if any) when i get back to Oz.

sorry to tell this but you might be disappointed with Paris. Expensive and getting more and more difficult to get great fun.
Beside swinger club but this is not easy for a foreigner.
Rue St Denis is the very low end.
Avoid Pigalle, even if famous, this is total rip-off and was maybe fun ... 40 years ago. True : some of the girls in bars are vintage pieces... over 30 years on duty...
Best looking at good prices are former east block girls (you know Rumy's "New Europe" ...) but are hard to find now because of new laws that Merlin is greeting : same law is also forbidding SW activities... Always two sides to a medal...
Considering bars, avoid tourist places like the Baron for example (advertised in many travellers and airlines magazines) : you will spend 2 bottles 400$ each to get a girl out and she will expect another 500 $ to spend time with you... total 1,300 $.
For this price, buy a round trip ticket Paris to Germany (see here about FKK clubs) or to Barcelona or to Amsterdam. W-E ticket will cost you 200 to 300 $ and with remaining $1,000 you will get around 10 times fun... instead of one...
remember that prostitution is only tolerated in France... as always small markets raise the costs...
