IMHO its v hit and miss, major cities Mumbai / Delhi / Bangalore etc etc its probably on the money, Kerala is full of ayurvedic joints so I'm sure there's action to be had somewhere.

Nearby is Varkala if time allows visit there might be a chance for you to score.

But Kollam I really have my doubts.
