I have been Diving and Mongering the last 6 weeks in the Philippines. Flying home to New York and little while. In VIP Asiana Lounge. Showers, massage, gourmet food, unlimited booze, etc. I'm sooooooo fucking spoiled. All my money gone and have to return work tomorrow!
I have to submit credit card this weekend to open my emails.
Will get back to you about this November in which my buddy and I plan to visit again.
I kind of fell in love with a young cutie here 20 years my junior. She works in a hotel in Manila and loves to kiss. Something that really sends me and some girls don't do?
Anyhow. Cheers to you all and I will be in touch.

I'd like to spend some days on my next trip to Brasil in June in Fortaleza. A few questions:
a) how's the weather like in early June in Fortal?
b) Which hotel would you recommend? Preferably one near the beach, in a safe bairro and near the action.
c) From reading the past reports in here, the going rate seems to be 50-60 for SL and 100-150 for TLN. Is it still the same rate or has it gone up?
Thanks to all for their valuable feedback.

Hallo Mr Sprite, here are one reply with my opinions :
a) June is a nice time normally with sunny days. There can be a short rainfall during the night, nothing to worry about.
b) Depends on your taste. I dont live so much in hotels anymore, but here is an older post about a nice hotel. http://www.internationalsexguide.info/forum/showthread.php?p=605632#post605632
c) Do not pay more than 50 for an overnighter. This isnt necessary, as it is not hight season and most girls are pleased with this amount, and some 10 for a mototaxi. You will meet girls that wants 200. Please turn your back to them. Normally they are cold persons, and not the type of girl you are travelling so far to experience. There are a special group of girlfriends working especially inside Cafe del Mar, all of them look very nice and lively, You should avoid. They demand R$200, they try to leave you fast, and their behavior in bed are really bad. My and my fellows opinion.
There are so many other girls, many from interior states, beautiful fresh 18+ teenagers to have a good time with.
Happy hunting!
I'm currently writing from my hotel in Fortaleza, having spent here last 3 weeks.
I can confirm what Balluba said, with a point.
Almost every attractive girl here in praia de Iracema will ask for 100 and up for 1 hour (with some cases 2 hours).
Girls with a 7 and up in a 10-scale will ask for 200, for sure.
I have been coming here since 2001 and I must say these days girls have changed a lot, with that princess-movie-star-attitude, I personally hate.
Most of them will not approach you, and just wait for foreigners to make their move, to pick at the end the most "easy" one, willing to pay more, and inoffensive from a sexual point of view.
Days of the Disegual are over, this in my opinion has turned into a business.
Anyway if someone is willing to get laid with less attractive women (my personal POV), will find his match around 50-100 reais.
Howewer any given night has 300-400 girls moving around praia de Iracema.
Have fun.

Please tell me the name of the hotel where you are staying. I am contemplating a trip to Fortaleza next month and I would appreciate any advice you can give.
My Hotel has a 110 reais policy for every girl you bring in, with a 6:00AM wake-up call, so I would not recommend it (luckily these rules do not apply to me, as I have been coming here since 2001).
So I would recommend you to stay at Via Venetto, where there are absolutely no girls-related policies, and rates are around 70-80R$.
Another choice could be a flat in the Porto de Iracema buildings, where a 2 room flat can be found around 120R$ / day.
The second option is very close to the Praia de Iracema action, let's say 3 minutes walking, while Via Venetto is at 8R$ cab ride.
These 2 are common options here in FOR, and with no surprises at the end of your stay (extra costs, etc), anyway many Hotels are available around 50R$, and should not be a problem to bring in your princess.
Have fun.

Thanks a lot Balluba. Much appreciated. I'll also keep in mind your wise tips.
Cheers.:)
Anyone stay at the Colonial Praia recently? I have been at the Luzerios for years, but it is no longer GF. I read in an old post it was nice and GF. How is it now? WIll be out there in a few weeks, for business and need to stay in a Hotel for expense reasons. Otherwise I would do a flat in a second.
Thanks,
Dev
I think the Colonial Praia is currently being renovated, if not demolished. It is the one in front of Ibis, right?
