I have to say I am impressed with Mr Bulai69's claimed friendster track-record of about 100% hit ratio.

I've hit the dating sites quite heavily lately and the results, while encouraging, are certainly nowhere near what Mr Bulai has achieved. From the immediate-bang chick to the very serious accountant who may need a few weeks' proper courtship before getting porked, I've met a bit a everything (about 10 chicks in total). The very good thing about it is that you can build a list of prospects whose varying bang cycles wil lead you to score them one after the other at various timeframes, thereby keeping you with lots of options open at any given time. All in all, strongly recommended, however the bang on the spot is, from my experience, not a sure thing. A bit of work, but worth it and so much more satisfying once you've put your flag on since you've had to work (only a little, this is JKT after all!) for it.

Mandiri - just to be clear: I mean't almost 100% send a reply. I didn't mean I fucked 100% of them!! Many of the replies were politely pointing out that they already had a boyfriend and just used the site for exchanging stories with their friends. However, a lot of girls use it as a way of "showing off" by posting photo's of themselves in (perceived) glamorous locations or photo's of boyfriends with impressive cars etc etc. It's a way of up-ing their status. Jakarta girls are BIG on status and materialism. This is a worthwhile angle to exploit when "hunting" on friendster - although of course they will expect you to "deliver" if you catch one that way.

You ask "Why are all these bule guys always picking out the ugly ones." I have often wondered that, but it has been explained to me many times, by my various "girlfriends", it is because girls who are "jelek" will be considerably less likely to be get screwed by the likes of those who contribute to this forum when their benefactor bule is not around. It's a bit like owning a crappy old car on the grounds that it's less likely to get stolen or vandalised I suppose. Each to his own....

Very amusing contributions on how to ask for AR! Technically the most accurate from Menteng of course but I find it somewhat bizarre even having this discussion "in advance". Actually I think the only word you need to know is "sini" (here) if she doesn't go there without explicit direction!

Try "bangsat", where the letters "a" are pronounced like the "u" in "much".
But I would advice to run away as fast as you can after saying it :)

CJ's at Mulia is probably the best place on Sunday night; maybe 30% of girls in there are semi-pro hookers and many of the rest "amateurs", i.e. girls with jobs looking to supplement their income.
