When you are carrying four figures of cash in your pocket, make sure to tell customs all about it and make sure you are honest about the reason for your being in Colombia and describe in vivid detail all the women you fucked. In fact, it is best if you show them pictures of all the women you banged in the most graphic of details because when it comes to talking to customs, honesty is the best policy.

And it is a crime to lie to customs so make sure that you tell them the truth, the whole truth.

My ex wife got refused to proceed with her check in (USA to MDE) a couple of years ago until she went online, did it and then showed the lady at the ticket counter. I lived there for 10 years and only remember doing checkmig after moving back to the states in 2021. She didn't do it for her last trip a few weeks ago and said it wasn't necessary anymore.

But a few trips ago she was still doing it and somehow she got on a semi scam website that just fills your info out and submits it to checkmig for x amount of dollars. Her CC got declined for some reason (should have taken that as a sign) so I used mine, then later found out the website wasn't affiliated with the gov of Colombia and that Colombia doesn't even charge for checkmig. Did a charge back and they didn't dispute it but also kind of my fault for not being more careful.

Delta has asked me in the past did you do the Check-mig, say yes and your good to go. But I've been on some flights and the agent at check in wants to see it before they would proceed. I think the last time I was asked for this by Colombian agents was like 2 years ago. It was like 6 to 9 months ago with the airlines. So if the airlines are willing to give me a boarding pass, I do not worry about the check MIG.

I had not flown back to the USA since Trump got in office until recently. I have Global Entry and it was different. The agent held my passport and told me to get in a long line. I asked another person in the line if he had been through this before, and he too said he had not. No one told us what was going on. You just waited in this line until eventually your name is called. I would guess I was in line for like 45 minutes. My name was called and I was put in a group of 4 and we were asked if we had anything to declare. After that, your carry on and regular suitcase were put through a scanner. Then the agents give you your passport back, and you are on your way.

I am hoping this is just a one time thing where border agents were told to make extra sure people are not illegally entering our country. I hope once you get through this enhanced investigation the old rules apply. The agents were nice and respectful as were all the people in line.

Still, though, until this is known, if you have global entry, I would give yourself an extra hour to factor in when you go through customs. I had five hours between connections so it was no big deal, but if it were two, it would have been cutting it really close.

Either you have me confused with someone else or someone else must be using my name because I don't make any videos at all, let alone video promoting Colombia as a "party central" and I'm not on YouTube or TikTok or any place else where you might have seen these videos.

If you actually followed my posts you would know that I have spread my wings and started exploring new places. I have posted extensively about my new experiences in Thailand, Philippines, and Indonesia.

In fact I have a plethora of posts about a super brothel in Jakarta called Classic where I spent 2 months and probably about $3 k usd in the last 2 months of 2024. Matter of Fact Classic blows anything in Medellin out of the water by a mile. Not even your overpriced Loutron, Isla or Gustos can compare to Classic. Imagine one brothel with over 200+ Asian women 18-25 years old and you can bareback CIP them all (well most of them anyways) for like $30 usd a pop. Then you take the elevator upstairs to the 5th floor and there is a whole nother brothel with like 50+ more women same price. And this is all inside a hotel with multiple bars are restaurants too all enclosed and air conditioned. And that's just one place of which there are many places with a similar set up including Travel and Kotah Inda Complex and literally hundreds of smaller "casa" type places spread out in a Metropolitan area of more than 30 million people.

So I don't know whose videos you saw but they damn sure weren't mine.

Everything was as it was in previous trips at immigration, a few questions about the purpose of travel and what I was bringing back. Terminal C (where almost all international flights arrive) at the Orlando airport is the poorest design of almost any airport I've traveled through. It's approximately a one half mile walk from an arriving gate to baggage claim, almost all an uphill grade. There are no elevators or moving walkways. It was about 45 minutes from the time the plane was parked at the gate until bags started arriving at baggage claim. The irony is, that is a new terminal. It's only been open for about a year.

This trip. Nothing! Normal 3 questions and welcome back. I have around 30 plus Colombia stamps in my passport and it never seems to cause me any static. Just goes to show you, they already know everything about you before you arrive.

It's only been open for about a year.[/QUOTE]I have never had that long of a walk, but I have never flown Copa to Orlando. I am gold on spirit and prefer Orlando to Lauderdale. The Lauderdale terminal that Spirit is in does not have that much in the way of amenities. Also, Lauderdale has at times been so overwhelmed with people that passengers have been forced to sit on the plane until the lines shrink. Longest time was 30 minutes, and that was a while ago.

It is not like the agents at Lauderdale are so bad. It is just that Orlando is such a tourist town I think the agents are forced to be a lot more welcoming. They are way more pleasant. The waiting time for bags IMO is about the same. Thing is when you have a layover Orlando has way more shops and restaurants open to all. The problem with the Miami and Lauderdale is some of the best restaurants and shops are in terminals you cannot get to, and Miami is the airport that is so big I had to walk seemingly forever.

LatAM has a nonstop to Cartagena through Atlanta. I may try them next time just to mix things up.
