First off, I don't think regular girls there are the greatest bet, maybe some little jovencitas but overall the P4P scene in MDE is better than the "freebie" scene. This is not true, in my opinion, in several areas of Colombia, however the values are good in MDE.
I'll start off at the high end. Leutron and Fase Dos are the most expensive / notorious. Leutron does have legitimately SMOKIN girls, service is typically mechanical and price is high though. Fase Dos, meh, I did pull a WONDERFUL girl out of there that I actually wound up taking on a trip with me. That said, overall it's overpriced, mechanical, overrated and not a place I think anyone would frequent unless they were trying more to flaunt their money than get some good action.
The best place in that price range I could recommend is Universitarias. The girls are lovely, all 19-21, beautiful, clean, well-maintained, limited plastic parts and, from my experience, they are well-rounded performers who are pretty warm, especially on return visits. The owner is a very nice older woman who makes you feel quite comfortable. The price was $150K pesos for 90 minutes, no pressure to pick, free drinks and nice facilities like Turkish bath, Sauna, etc. I really enjoy this place and it's rather low key.
Going down to the 100K peso range, well you can hit up that janky row of strip joints and sift through some junk to land a diamond in the rough for 100K all night. Have had some good experiences there, have also had some duds. Get yourself a young one out of there and be fun. If you're not comfortable in a situation surrounded by locals, be sure to bring a friend or two, it is a little more rough area / atmosphere than some places but not terrible.
There are a couple of MPs in that range as well. Blue Room keeps changing owners, it's lost a couple of its best girls. Energy is owned by some of its former owners, it's down by the Nacional stadium, it's around 100K and I like it. Nice atmosphere and a couple of great girl there, go and try them on for size. I would recommend that place.
Moving down to the 30-70K price range, I'd recommend Aiffe and New Life. There is one near New Life as well, the name of which escapes me but ALL the girls are high school seniors. It was like Beverly Hills 9021-HO! It was too bad I'd discovered after I had a girlfriend there and in Cartagena only went a couple times but it had stunning young girls although most of their service required you to REALLY take charge, kind of lost. Aiffe you can go bareback for a tip if you do not appear absolutely repugnant and / or filthy, tip is reasonable. Like a lot of MPs, the girls are kind of run through as the day progresses, which you can really feel bareback hahaha. New Life is a mixed bag, maybe the most beautiful girl I've ever been with was there though, went regularly until she quit (short career there, maybe two months). Those are all great values, $10-$50 depending on time and what you're after.
If you're dying for something cheaper, the Mayorista has girls for 25K and sometimes less. There are some decent ones there, I more scoped it out than participated as a I stayed in an apartment very near there. I don't know that I'd recommend street action in MDE but there is plenty to be had, safest action and biggest variety is there.

Wilson's "Del Tio" restaurant was taken over by el "mono", the blonde guy that owns the 2 restaurants at the end of the strip. Since he already has the other two paisa food restaurants he decided to open an all Seafood and roast chicken restaurant. The menu is very clear with pictures, and you wil find deep fried fish, shrimp, clams, etc. It's a little more costly, but still reasonable. Hope you enjoy!

It's a very big building but it's unassuming because it's in an industrial area, office buildings all around. I have not been in over a year but will contact a friend living down there for the exact address.

Lindas is not in industrial area w / bunch of office bldgs.
