I cannot answer all your questions, but I can make a few recommendations for your group. There is only one FKK style club in Prague, and that is Sexy Sauna Club. It is about the same cost for entry as a FKK, but there are far fewer girls that match up to the girls at a German FKK. There is a guy on the street that will allow you to take a sneak peek at the place before you pay your entrance fee. I did not like what I saw and left. Your group, without knowing the size of your group, may have a good time in that setting. Personally, I like privats (private apartment brothels). For a big group that may be impossible to schedule or coordinate. You could try calling them to see if the girls are willing to entertain your group in your apartment for a gangbang. Most hotels in Prague do allow girls to come to your rooms. Sometimes, the ones that need key cards for the elevator, you will have to meet the girl in the lobby. A friend recommended that I book Buddha Bar Hotel near Old Town. I will let you check into that.
