Can't help you there. I only go for FS. I do not even take the massage. I need one full hour to come. But I think you can negotiate for all that. Rate pretty much varies depending on the negotiator and the negotiated. Some people do FS for 2.5 k but I do it for 3 k and I usually bring some gift worth 1 k. If you want good service, you have to go overboard. Its not something you do everyday so better do it with full experience. I do not find Thai chicks to be that overpriced.

Went to a spa in ashok vihar which showed live in NB but was closed when I went there.

So returned to Hyderabad.

Basically depends on the locality. But usually only day running establishments are closed, if at all.
