This is from my experience. (Approx two years of monthly mongering in Tijuana.).

If the girls are gone more than an hour, the staff will come looking for them.

I have been told directly, by staff and by the girls, that if I want them to stay longer than an hour in the room, it is best to buy a bucket.

"I want to stay longer, and if you buy a bucket, I will not be scolded," said one sweetie.

So, my conclusion is that the girls can stay as long as they want, but the bar must get compensation.

Took a girl to lunch at Azul, and they signed her out.

She protested, but was told it was required any time she leaves the bar.

Doesn't seem to be a distinction between arriba and just exiting for personal reasons.

If she doesn't make her ficha quota, they are going to check the sheet to see how much time she was off-site. For any reason.

Regarding monopolizing girls.

I have a few girls that like me a lot.

I have arrived and seen them with other mongers.

It wasn't my intention (and my apologies), but when they spotted me, they bailed on the other monger to be with me.

When they are with me, I will buy them up to 10 fichas over the course of 2+ hours.

Typically this is day shift (my preference) and from what I have gleaned, they have a 10 or 20 ficha quota.

I pick girls that I get along with and who's company I enjoy, so if they want to hang with me for their entire shift, I am OK with that, but 10 fichas per shift is my budget.

I would apologize to you for monopolizing a girl that you are interested in, but if you look around, you might be able to find a pussy of equal or greater value.

So, my conclusion here is that if there is a choice, a girl would rather hang out with someone they personally like, even if it is for less money.

Funny how these putas act almost human, with feelings and everything.

Lessons Learned: Be charming. Be generous. Be courteous. The girls will be drawn to you. If you are just looking to get laid, you have 30 minutes or less.

Also, I have had girls for their entire shift in the club and TLN.

Indeed, they are very entertaining in the bar and recently I had an excellent experience.

A girl I have been regular with since my first day mongering in Tijuana hung out with me in the bar for about 30 minutes then asked to go upstairs.

I thought she wanted to go to Azul for lunch. She wanted to go to my room.

No argument.

Spent almost three hours together watching TV, snoozing, oh yeah and participating in adult activities.

Walked her back down stairs and hung out for another hour.

And the rest of the story is, she did not ask for any money for the afternoon delight.

Why? Because after her shift she was going to come back to my room for TLN and she knew from past experience that she would be well compensated.

That sorta answers the question of why girl will hang with a monger in the bar her entire shift; total compensation was probably more than she had made most of the rest of the week.

(Note that I would never take advantage and bail on a girl).

Also, she just plain likes me personally.

(No I am not under any illusions, as she is a BG. But we have history, including traveling together).

During another visit, this girl had spent two TLNs in a row with me. (Yes, she is that good!

For variety purposes, I was going to hunt up another girl for night number three.

It was Christmas time, she had an ill family member, could not get back home right away, and was feeling very sad and lonely.

She sent me a message to ask if she could spend a third night with me, only because she did not want to be alone.

Initially I resisted, but she is a genuine, sweet girl, and I like being with her, so I lamented.

It was a great night, and a buy two and get one free bargain. No regrets.

Lesson: Repeating with a girl can have huge benefits.

1) Does Hong Kong's front desk break a $20 bill into 20 ones? Wondering if I need to break bigger denomination bills in advance before heading to Tijuana.

2) What's the earliest you guys have been able to check into your hotel? I'm flying into San Diego around 9 am Monday and would like to head over ASAP to nap / unwind.

3) What ATM do people prefer for getting pesos?

4) What half-hour and one hour rates have people negotiated / seen on non-busy days?

2. Check in time is 3 and they try to stick to it. But they will most likely have a room available and maybe by tipping or sweet talk you can earn ponts with the clerk " hey I'm running over to Oxxo can I get you a coffee or something ".

4. While I pretty much stick to SG's. You are on the right track everything in Mexico is negotiable. And supply and demand will come into play on a slow day. And it will be in the best interest of the chica to make a deal rather than sit around and twittle her thumbs. 1. HK's front desk normally has no cash and does not make change. The bars do all cash transactions and have unlimited amount of $1. HK bars allegedly hold the largest $1 notes ever issued by the US treasury.

2. Mon and Tues are Cascada's discount days, busy and difficult to check in early, but it never hurts to ask. Usually the cleaning crews would still be cleaning the rooms past 7 or 8 and clients have to wait. If you need to crash early, rent a room at hotel Leyva next to Chicago Club for $20. Leyva is less busy and always has room early.

Cascada's clerks, Angel, Miguel, Javier, have worked there for years, are professional, polite and helpful. If they are helpful to you, slip them a $1 or 20 pesos propina after a satisfactory transaction, not before. The clients are their bosses and should act like bosses. Don't offer to buy coffee or do errands for them, or they will start raising their rates and asking the bosses to kiss their asses for favors. Over all Mexican hotel workers are warm, friendly, humble, helpful, personal, fun, not cold, manipulative, demanding like European. Javier, the chubby guy with ruddy face, confirmed there are no limits, no extra fees and was encouraging me to bring 100 girls to my room every night hehe.

3. The Scotia ATM next to Adelita's door charges only 9. 5 pesos terminal fee, looked like the cheapest and most secured place to draw cash.

4. Rates are negotiable and vary widely in HK. Try to act genuinely warm, fun, loving, caring and polite to the girls, making them feel loved and wanted. You may have some very hot and sexy sessions without having to drain your bank accounts.

Share with the bros what works and what fails with the girls in the club.

Bar tenders work on salaries. They service meseros but meseros never tip them and neither should the bros if they buy directly from the bar. If you tip bar tenders, they would throw the money into the cash register and look at the tippers like they are retarded. Bar tenders handle lots of cash. They are close confidantes of the owner. If they ever steal from the till, guess what would happen to them.

So far the bars' machinery seem to be working smoothly. Have not heard of complaints or labor problems. From clients' perspectives, prices in Tijuana bars for drinks, fichas and sex with the chicas have gone up significantly relative to local costs of living.

With all due respect captain, this did not seem to be the case in my experience. So I just want to verify.

I prefer to sit at the bars instead of booth or right at the stages. It's seems like I get hassled less by meseros when I'm sitting at the bar. I almost always order beer directly from the bar tenders. They always seem to be appreciative to tips and provide me with faster service when I tip. If memory serves correct, on my last trip I sat at the back bar and the bar tender would put my tips in a jar next to the cash register. Very similar to what would happen at a typical bar in the USA. Did I misunderstand your post?

When I simply approach the girl that I like, her performance has usually felt more mechanical. This is often true for me, but not always.

And I can say that HK girls do not have a ficha quota. And the bucket "requirement" is just a scam that meseros pull on mongers who they perceive to be newbie / clueless. There is no bucket requirement. Don't ever buy a bucket just to take / keep a chica upstairs. Many chicas will go along with the scam just because they pocket $340 mx out of every bucket.

The chicas can stay upstairs for as long as they want. But management doesn't like chicas going arriba because it doesn't make the bar any money, especially if the monger has rented a room for the night. Management wants the putas in the bar drinking $9 dls fichas. If a chica stays upstairs too long nothing happens to them. And "there doesn't seem to be a distinction between arriba and personal reasons" because chicas are not permitted to leave for personal reasons. If you took a chica out of the bar to eat then the doorman mistakenly assumed you were taking her arriba.
