The link you shared was of a Hair Spa which has posted Her photo along with other persons who have availed their services for makeover & bridal stuff.

This particular saloon / beauty parlour is in Rajasthan, maybe she hails from there or have availed their services or else they have posted some random pics from online of good looking girls to promote their business.
