Just before Christmas, I received a batch of the new 100's from my bank (my first time to see those.) I took those to one of the money changers across from the Checkpoint Jeepney station in Angeles. No problem.

I would think that the money changers are starting to see a number of these now. I can't speak for other locations like Manila or Cebu.
