Globe Club

I went to the party around 12:30 pm and left before 6 pm. The decoration was very nicely done with lots of things. Buffet was about the same size but compared to usual Friday buffet better food. Wouldn't call it gourmet but for a FKK high standard. Compared to a regular Friday the place was already quite full when I arrived. Music was also a bit louder and more party style but you could still talk in the afternoon. Got a lot louder though later on. I had 2 good rooms, one a new girl and the second one a regular. In general it was harder though to find a girl because the later it got the more men around and if you were not active yourself or well known chances were much lower. When I left a lot more men compared to women. It looked like a success for the club and for the same entry fee they did a lot of things (decoration, better food, shows, .). On party days it is harder to get a girl though so if you want more choices not the best day to go. My 2nd room worked out because I knew the girl and she had just started a short while ago.

Did anybody else go to the Halloween party?

On a different side note, I heard through the rumor mill that Laura will be let go (supposedly she has to work 2 more month). Seems like most girls complained about her. Another rumor has it she might go back to work as a girl in globe. I guess we will know in 2024.

For my experience, I saw Kate in public on November 2016, I cancelled for Sylvester 2016 and she had to wait until August 2018 and she was only my third of the day. She was in public on September but as soon she saw me when I was on the other side of the lounge, she stopped and took the guy in private. No more room, even I appreciated what she did when seeing me at 20 meters. I don t feel desire for girls I see fucked or sucking or kissing, not my culture for sex. I understood Globe is not anymore for me, girls are not pretty enough for rate and club is not classy enough now.

Sunny also showed up but face hidden. If the girls complaints are the cause for Laura going you would hope it's a good thing. There was more turnover recently or maybe I just had bad luck because some of my preferred girls are gone.

I like the guys at the reception, Fritz is great and the other Italian guy (don't know his name) is also nice. Ingos daughter seems to also grow into the job, I see her getting more involved.

I heard that Sunny and Laura were competing against each other and that they weren't getting along well. How much of this is true, we might never now, there is a lot of gossip in that place.

I kind of doubt that she would be back as WG in Globe if this was triggered by girls complaints.

The second factor is that girls must fit into the culture of the club and accept all requirements.

Actually, if I have to guess based on observation alone, I would say that Laura has a good relationship with many girls, and the girls were happy when she started in the role.

It is surprising to hear that the girls are complaining. They would be doing this with any manager any way.

I actually like Laura as a person! She is smart and has excellent soft skills.

I was recently at Globe's and fucked Lena HUN and it was so far my worst experience in Globe. She was working on a Tuesday and said that she prefers NOT to fuck in public, but since all rooms were of course closed during the day she suggested a place way in the back on one of those sofas. Fucking was incredibly uncomfortable on those small and narrow sofas, very little kisses, but thankfully she looks pretty hot so I managed to finish. Still, IMHO 150 CHF is way too expensive for a quick optic fuck.

I always try to have a short chat with a 'manager' during the slow hours on a Tuesday (usually after the first stage show until roughly 18 h when lots of girls seem to be hiding in the dormitory) because I'm usually quite bored then, and Laura made a very nice impression upon me. I can't really say the same for Chanel or Ingo's daughter who seems to have inherited Ingo's disdain for customers (see quote below), both always seem or pretend to be 'extremely' busy walking around even though the club is relatively empty.

IMHO [U]any[/U] well-managed company or club doesn't need constant manager inputs, or somebody walking around who make themselves seem very busy in order to justify their own pathetic job. Staff that is properly selected and well-trained doesn't need constant input. Well-trained bar staff collects empty glasses and keeps an eye on the supply and stock of drinks, well-trained restaurant staff orders food and makes sure that something eatable is on the menu every day. How many times per day does a customer have a disagreement with a WG, or vice versa?

I guess the only reason for having a female 'manager' is because it's important for WGs to know that they have another female (who "understands them better") to talk to with their endless whining, but then it makes little sense that she was apparently well-liked by WGs and now suddenly there are complaints. Oh well, that's women for you: from "Best Friend Forever" to "I hate her guts" in 2 seconds, LOL!

P.S. I saw that they now have an "Office Day" on Wednesdays with WGs wearing sexy secretary outfits with a "horniest office stud contest" where you can "win great prices. " Contest times are at 15:00 and 20:30, I'm guessing these are stage shows again?

Even from my few visits to Globe I could see that there are a lot of 'invisible alliances' in a club like Globe, it's already very clear when you see the few non-Romanian girls (for example Alina and Lara or Ines and Janissa) always sitting together and never mingling with Romanian girls. The only exception seems to be Elena IT who seems to me as sort of the 'gang leader' of that group of Romanian girls (that are snobby like Chantelle and Ariel, or provide mediocre service like Lena) that hang out on or near that couch (opposite to where those 2 beach chairs are) towards the sauna and sex cinema.

I could have given Sofie (I think that's Ingo's daughter's name) some interesting feedback seen from a man's perspective, but I guess she was too busy on a slow Tuesday to talk to customers. LOL!

Could be wrong there. Ariel has always "perched" on the sofa in that location, even before Elena came along.

For your interest, on my last visit I copped the same bizarre jealousy from Elena that you experienced. I had previously been with her a few times, but moved on to other girls, much to her displeasure!
