I've been in Shanghai for a few months now and can't seem to find a BBS that will do anything for under RMB 300. I saw 200 and they so no. I then walk out and they don't chase or come down on price.
I'm mostly talking about the Anyuan Lu locations but maybe you can all recommend so other places (both in Puxi or Pudong) where 200 is the standard price.

The second pearl of wisdom is that in mongering, as with all things Chinese, personal relationships are important. If you go to the same girl regularly, the service and the price will be much better. Problem is of course that girls tend to move on but using the same shop helps a lot. The providers realise you know the craic and don't try to exploit you. I do not know what it is called but it is the streets that has the window shops where you can see the girls. These were everywhere is Shanghai. Sorry I don't have the street names where I went. I actually found by accident. Problem with these places are it is a rushed service because they fear police will run in. So you are in and out. Outcall services from cards was $700 RMB. I think you have to go outside the main city to get the cheap prices. Shanghai is expensive. It is just so big it is hard to explore when traveling by taxi.

I've only gone to the BBS's three times. Everytime was on Anyuan (near Changde). I have yet to pay over 250 RMB.
The first time I was just curious about the BBS experience. I went there not knowing what to expect. I was quoted 100 RMB. After I was undressed, she informed me that was just for a HJ. She said 200 for BBJ. From that point on I kept telling her,"no 200 for FS." Eventually we agreed on 250 for FS.
The second time I knew I could get FS for 250. I tried 200 but we negotiated to 250. I was quite horny, so I caved. No BBJ this time, though.

Dujuan lu (near baiyang lu) there is a shop just after a pet store walking west from baiyang, yinghua lu (near haitong lu) walking on N side of street walking east from haitong 1/2 a block you will see a strip of them and the very first one (maybe second one) there is a girl with redish purple hair. You went about 25m to far (I take it the place was the signposted massage place on the 2nd floor) there is a shop with very dark windows and 2 little Chinese characters out front. It's the middle shop of three in the block before the one you went to.
