From what I know it's just a Lady's Bar which means that women generally get in for free and men have to pay. It's become a common thing in SK especially for the older woman who's husband are never at home and are workaholics.

And if Anma's just start off around 180, 000KRW-210, 000KRW so I doubt that as well. Unless it's a really run down place with the ladies being over 35.
