For what I saw and experienced also in this very last trip and on the basis of your requirements, I would not suggest you Palace. It is still a place where many girls can be sharky and upsell for anything which is not simply suck&fuck.

It is also true that you can find some true gems in Palace and that the visuals of the girls is great, even if maybe not exactly flling in your description of little petite skinny blonds.

For having reasonable good services for 50€ I would suggest you Golden Time in NRW and there you would have a great lineup and many of your taste.

However, always remeber the golden rule when you want all the standard services you mention. Always ask the girls before to commit to the room if they do what you want and be clear about the fact you will stay 30 minutes, no more. The services. You ask should always be included in the standard session.
