At ChefSauce You can get a train to Darmstadt Nord from Frankfurt Main Station. Then from Darmstadt Station you can get a taxi to Sharks which is roughly €10.

Quick report of last Thursday:
As the quiet day in between Wednesday and the weekend, the line up was less than stellar. About 60 girls I'd say and many of the girls reported last week were not there. Daimler weg is about 2 minutes from sharks. Look for Hotel than Homer Bach store similar to Home depot store in US. Once you get off at Daimler weg, You should be able to see sign to shark if you walk / look in same direction of bus.
I think bus runs every half an hour or 20 minutes and take about 5 minutes. But takes away all that anxiety of where to go and if you are in right place or not.

For the info of fellow punters, and it was asked earlier. One can go by bus from the Darmstadt train station. Go to Stand 1 and take Bus 'R', about 10 minutes to Sharks and Euro 2. 10. Bus stops around 200 m from the front door. Depending on time of day there are 3-4 services an hour, less at night and the last bus returns around 2230/2330.

Chinese food is typically loaded with lots of MSG (flavour enhancers). Some people believe that is causing problems. Prawns treated with Bicarb soda to firm them up. Etc. Deep fried stuff can use oils prone to oxidisation and burning, maybe trans fats. Chinese food is rarely healthy. However I still eat it selectively. Never know what stuff the cooks are putting in food. I love to get plain salads without any dressing and plain meats. Even then don't know what chemicals are used on the farm.
In the end, people best eat what they are used to. I have breakfast at home since club breakfasts are not for me. Junky stuff. Easy to put on kilos at FKK if get bored and eat too much junk. Always best for me to focus on the girls and try to forget about foods.
Asian food is normally healthier when you get it in asia (less msg's, less sugar etc). The excuse I have been given for this is that they are trying to adapt to western mouths and what we like in the west. Personally I dont like that excuse and much prefer asian food as it is supposed to be. However, as you say some kitchens there are using too much trans fats. But then again, not nearly as much as the english kitchen if you want to compare. Or maybe the philippine kitchen does. And some noodle dishes as of late are getting unhealthier and unhealthier even in asia. No idea how on topic this is here though.
Sharks food is generally some of the best FKK food you get in Germany.
