I'm new to the Ho Chi Minh parlor scene, and made some rookie mistakes on my first session, but hopefully you can benefit from my errors.
I went to the Hot Toc at 84 Nguyen Phi Khanh on a Sunday at 5pm. You can't see much from the street, but inside were about 6-7 girls. One immediately took my arm and hustled me upstairs; I assumed the girls would shortly be presented in a lineup for my selection, like they would in a Thai MP, but that wasn't the case (mistake #1). I should have dallied in the lobby a bit and got a better look, and then made my choice, but oh well.

If it was me I'd make a note never to return simply on that basis of her greed. She could have had a regular 100k / day for XX days / weeks customer or just try and screw a first timer customer never to have them return. Still she come out on top charging double.

You probably can still get the same service for 200k total. Like I said, I was a noob going in, and they must have thought me to be an easy mark. As I'm quickly learning, Vietnamese are not above fleecing a foreigner if they think they can get away with it.
Even if I'm being taken advantage of, $15 for a bbj is a pretty sweet deal, and cheaper than any other action I got in Thailand and Cambodia.
It's a small mall out from the airport on the main road straight to the center on the right side, I just arrived and it's a 15 minutes walk, if you have luggage and in transit, just leave it at the luggage store outside the airport, take care because it's closing at 11 pm!

Upstairs used to be a night club in the front. They did have hostess girls there too. Maybe it's gone. It was right at the top of the escalator that's in the front of Super Bowl. You would go to the very opposite end to go to the bowling alley.
