If you keep walking away from Yokohama station and towards the previous station on the Keiku line you will be headed in the right direction. Keep the river to your left. When you see the Pink Lion sign, you should cross over until you get in front of it. Facing the Pink Lion, the strip club will be on your left. It is right next to a small parking lot. It looks like a run down shop, but you will be able to notic it.
