Anyway, I know one place that's guaranteed to give you full package. You know nisdeg mashin right? At opposite side of road, you walk along the road to south direction and will find some Chinese restaurant with massage sign outside. It's downstairs. They will let you in and bring you into a room, you wait there until reception lady bring you a few girls available. You pick one of them and chosen girl will do the service for you. It's up to you whether you want massaging included. Quality of girls are sometimes great, sometimes not very good. The place is good and clean.

I found one massage place in modnii 2 in winter. You can find it on google map by using this coordinate 47.919200, 106.886051. (I hope it's okay to post coordinates in forum) Name is Zol spa (or maybe different. I'm sure it was something with Zol).
Place was closed during pandemic but they're open 24/7 now. I went there several times during night time because of my office work.
They offered me 2 types of service. One is body wash, full body massage and body to body massage with HJ for 80 K. Another one is without body wash without 65 K. Girls were different everytime I got there, but always around 20 - 25 years old.
Full body massage were different too. Some of them are really good, only one girl did it not good, not bad. I wouldn't complain about body to body massage. Service is good, rooms are separate, but they have only 2 shower rooms. I think they're usually empty during night on weekdays except Friday. So I think you don't need to worry about shower room. I asked for special service from 2 different girls, they strongly refused. So I guess it's impossible.

I stopped into Grand Relax near Modnii 2 last week. It was mid-week and in the afternoon and here seemed to be only 1 girl working and her friend / sister working as reception. I took the body wash option and assumed that the masseuse would be different from the girl who gave me the wash. I was wrong (which is why I think there was only 1 girl).
