I am fully agreed. Few days back I posted something with same intention and I am following it now. Shared contacts with many people. I always remember help received by people in my initial days. Waiting for reasonable, meaningful FR from them as said in your post. It has helped a lot to filter at least few people. Once you start filtering wrong ones, you will have set of nice people around you.
