The west uses salt. There was a lot of hype in the 80's about msg being bad for you but studies now show it is less unhealthy for you than the use of salt because it contains a much less amount of sodium. Also, sugar is used is so often in Asian countries local foods. I am married to an Asian and I can't tell you how hard it is to avoid these two key ingredients. People of western thinking are confused about the actual health benefits of Asian food. I find it to be quite unhealthy and many Asians have serious health problems from this tradition style of cooking.

Seriously only in Hessen food at 5 Element, Mainhattan and Palace IMHO much better than Sharks. And there are some FKKs also in NRW and BW with better food than Sharks. Only the cakes and fruit at Sharks are in pole position.

The suburbain trains (S-Bahn) are running on all days every 30 minutes. That means for eyample at 00:05 am and the last train in direction Frankfurt central station at 00:35 am. By the way, don't worry about safety as on the trains there is always a security guy in later evening hours.

Bus line R in direction Boellenfalltor at 22:33 pm on normal weekdays, on Saturdays the last bus is at 23:33 pm with more than enough spare time to get the 23:05 pm (00:05 am on Saturday to Sunday night) S-Bahn to Frankfurt. Bus stop is on the opposite side of the street around 50 meters lefthand side when leaving the parking area.

Some of the fast foods that are more popular to the western world would be full of fat, carbs, and sodium. Popular meaning the food that got popular due to demand. There are healthier options in addition. Always what you choose, but I can't say Sharks Chinese is any different from the fast food stuff.

Out of Asian foods, pork, turkey, chicken, lamb, rice, vegetables, potatoes, melon, cakes, until about midnight.

Tuesday and Thursday are lowest casting days. Wednesday, Friday and Saturday are the highest. Discount 50 on Wednesday.

Most nutritionists say eating habits are changing. More processed foods. Basically a side effect of big city modern, convenient life.

I visited Sharks several times back in 2013 and 2014.

There's one staff member (work at the front desk and the bar) named Ania.

Black haired, about 165 cm tall.
