Just got back from a 9 days trip to Germany. I spent many days at the clubs and lucky me, my favorite girls were in the clubs when I was there. This one guy is so lame that he said he wanted to go to see the girl at the club everyday but the "friend" wanted to go to the other club on some of the day instead. We saw the message and just start laughing. The girls are expert! No need to BS them. Just be honest. They understand. I felt so bad for the girls having to put up with some A-hole and pretend things are OK and normal when in reality she hates the guy.
Also, one last warning, you cannot trust anyone. People will use things you say and do to the girls just so they can gain advantage with the girls and make the girls "like" them more.
