Stayed at Millennium Airport Hotel in mid-Feb for one night on a whim. It's deep green. At check-in they asked if I would have someone staying with me and I told them she would check-in later. Brought in someone from Moscow hotel at around 11 pm, no questions asked. It helps that the lifts are directly in front of the main door and Reception is a little offset to the left as you enter. So no need to walk past anyone. Just walked up to the lifts, chatting away and straight to the room.

To answer my own question after contacting the hotel, Golden Sands Hotel Apartments are not green, no visitors allowed in rooms!

I'll be visiting Dubai next week and had a question on Moscow hotel. I see on the booking page that it does not free in room Wifi. Can someone confirm this here if this is true?

Another hotel that looks good is Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk, not sure if this is green.
Any good five star hotels that are green please.
Al Qasr. Four Seasons. Raffles. Never had an issue at any of them.

In fact, when you return to the hotel late night, stop the taxi at the first revolving doors that are before the main lobby. Those are just next to the small cafe that's on the outside. If you get in through those revolving doors, you'll appear almost in front of the main lifts (the reception will be on your left at this point, and quite a distance away). Tap your keycard in the lifts, and that's all there is. There's almost no chance someone will stop you, because right next to those lifts there's also some club or bar and most people will even assume you're going there.
