Russia citizens suffer but

He sells his oil for USD not rupees so he gets richer. Biden screwed the citizens of Russia when he protected Putin and did nothing to stop invasion of Ukraine. China basically told Biden his sanctions on Russia were illegal and China was siding with Russia. China knows who the strong world leaders are and who the weakest world leaders are. China and Russia know Biden is not capable of anything but threats. The world sees China, Russia and Iran pulling Biden strings.
Is that all? After chasing it for years?

For a second there I thought I might see something that substantially debunked the assertions it. But no.
Which every expert says would do nothing
Once again. Explanation for dummies. No matter how much oil you transport by rail if there was a pipeline bringing 830,000 barrels a day of oil there would be 830,000 more barrels of oil delivered to USA with no delivery issues. This was an additional 830,000 barrels of oil.
Every energy expert known to mankind (except rightwingnuts like you, who, according to themselves, know everything) has said that the Keystone XL pipeline would have raised gasoline prices in the US.
And, by the way, Biden did not cancel the Keystone pipeline as you have alleged multiple times. If you think so, please provide proof. For your information, Keystone XL is different than Keystone.
