Huh? you're going to drop from 14 to 10 fucks a day to meet an ISG member you don't like? jeez, you're certainly a better man then I am.
Ah, strictly speaking, I don't believe rodents and rabbits are in the same family despite both groups being prolific in the progeny creation activities. :)
You are correct. Rabbits are Lagomorphs, not rodents.
..... that LL is overpriced, awkward to get to in bad traffic, a long hot walk from the nearest BTS station, or a very wet walk when its raining, with old and awkward rooms. It has an overpriced "Sports Bar" as well.......
Now it is obvious you've never been to the place!
1. Overpriced - maybe yes, maybe no. It is only over-priced if it doesn't meet you expectations.
2. Where in Bangkok is not awkward to get to in bad traffic?
3. MRT is at the top of the road, less than 3 minutes walk away
4. Hot walk or wet walk - same as #2 above
5. Old and awkward rooms? All the rooms I have stayed in are well fitted out. Don't get what you're on about with this.
Please, for the sake of the sanity of the rest of us, can we give this a rest now? :)
That is extreme arrogance isn't it.
How could anyone make the girls line up in front of an upset customer and then ask "which ones to fire".
This is degrading to the customer and shows complete arrogance on the part of the management.
Thanks for highlighting this, I had missed it in the past.
So its bad location for mongering (apart from the Soi 33 scene), bad for traffic except at weekends, bad for BTS, awful for MTR, overpriced for what you get with a "homely" (read that not luxury) room. (people often use the word "homely" when describing something thats not very good as an excuse for it, with an overpriced bar and overpriced girls. But the food is ok and the service staff ok.
Sorry, lets get off of LL posts on this thread eh.
Pro,
Your animosity towards LL and its owner is obsessive. Sometimes, you behave that the women are trash and need to used as a servicing conduit; at times, you come out in favour of them. Secondly, you don't disparage other hotels. If people speak in favour of MPs or establishments you are not fond of, you think they are on their "payrolls". Whats wrong with you?
I miss OTH's writeups- they were cerebral, stimulating, albeit ascerbic and cynical.
Pro, you need a holiday!
Incidentally, I have not seen LL and wouldn't know how to reach there.
Can you make your write ups more stimulating (I don't mean pelvicallly stimulating, people know how to do that! )
Have a drink at sunset, and then look at yourself in the mirror. And decide whether you like what you see!
Funny how a report of a nice meal out on the town ignited a firestorm of comments...
Yes, other than having a few too many sweet young Thai women on the line at any given time, I am normal.
But, funny thing, the longer I live in Bangkok, the less I have to monger! Darn.
oops: forgot my nasty habit of taking photos out there on the street...
Nice photos from all day women in the streets of BKK. Nice examples of typical Thai female. Got the impression that this are the better looking examples of Thai women, though a critical look on their bodies shows the following:
1. The legs are short compare to the upper part of the body. A female body looks good if the legs are longer than the upper body + head. Most Asian women have shorter legs than the upper body without head.
2. The ass is flat. Which is for me a big nono. A female ass has to be round so you can put a bottle of beer on her buttock when she is standing without the bottle fall down. ;-)
Just wondering if anyone know whether you can purchase Ambien or it's equivalent sleeping pill in Bangkok? I would like to purchase a few to use on flights overseas.
I have never used it, does anyone know that it will work the first time or do you need to keep taking it for it to work. I have tried the over counter type sleeping pills but they never work. They do make me feel drowsy but I can never sleep on the plane.
It makes flying 14+ hours difficult if I can't sleep so any help from the frequent fliers would be appreciated.
I don't know if you can buy it in Thailand, but I've been using it on and off for about 10 years. Ask your doctor for a prescription by telling him exactly what you want it for. The generic name is Zolpidem Tartrate.
And yes, it will work the first time and every time. You take it just before you want to go to sleep, and make sure that you have at least 7 or 8 hours ahead of you for some good sound sleep. I usually take mine just before I board the aircraft, and I'm sound asleep 30 to 40 minutes later. It turns that looooooong overseas flight into a managable leg.
Good luck.
Have you ever posted a clear recommemdation precisely, or only write hate messages? Oh, yes,. i forgot, what else to expect from somebody who thinks that Bill Gates is a f....loser because he only f....10 women in his life..(How did you know?)..
He was one of the 10!!!

oops: forgot my nasty habit of taking photos out there on the street...
Funny! Last a week a dude here in Singapore in a mall was sneakingly taking pictures of gals, like you did. Now he is behind bars.
I found buying sleeping pills (other than anti-histamines which are useless) almost impossible in Bangkok and Pattaya. Eventually, in Pattaya, a fellow farang overheard me asking in a Pharmacy then pointed me to a dentist that was selling Xanax. I bought some but read-up on it before I took them. They worked very well for me. I don't know how easy it is to get Xanax elsewhere in Thailand.
Previously reported about Valium that it's a class 4 narcotic. Xanax and Ambien are much more stronger then Valium IMHO... So I'd be a little careful and not sure you can get it over the counter, and I'd be very careful if someone did offer it to you :D

EDIT:
Xanax ( Alprazolam ) is a class 4 narcotic also

Import Export Possession is prohibited with permission granted for medical purposes. You can bring it in with a letter from your doctor.
So I'd question what you can buy over the counter in BKK. I could barely get Tylenol let alone anything stronger. If you got it and can get the real thing then great PM where please. :D
I'm sure many of you have been to the Madrid Bar in Patpong. It's the oldest bar in the neighborhood (I've read), and is supposed to be a favorite hangout of retired Viet Nam era "spooks." There are definitely a few weathered characters in there!
Me and my Isaan princess have been in there a bit lately for the delicious pizza. In fact, we were in there last might enjoying a perfectly prepared Hawaiian pie. If you like your crust thin and crisp, this is the place.
While dining, I was checking out the very attentive working gals. While most of them appear to have been there since the American War, there's several that are true young beauties. Might be worth a look and a chat?
Sure, there's lots of pizza in Bangkok, and the Thai ladies that love it are known to grow large and curvaceous.
This bring us to the next topic: Noi's got booty...

Not really, the pics attached to the post were just a few shots from yesterday. PM me if you'd like a link to a much broader selection of shots.
Yes, but in principle, I would agree with some of your observations in 1 & 2 (above). But remember a photo is just a manipulation of light and camera angle. Also, lens configuration and post processing often distort reality.
But in the spirit of the often meaningless ISG discussion, I have seen a few Thai women lately with enough meat on their bones to pass the "beer bottle" test.
My gal definitely does... ;)
As an X Spook (Tunnel Rat), as you call us, the Madrid does harbor a few of us. It Is my daily breakfast haunt.

I was many times in Thailand and so I just felt that the first portion of pic you posted were a typical example of Thai-Chinese girls. Whose are often the better looking females in Thailand, with fair skin, quite tall, with nice faces, but with short legs.
The girls of the second portion of your photos are more typical examples of the horizontal challenged Isan girls. The girl of the first picture with the broad shoulders and beefy arms small hips compare to the waist is most likely a ladyboy. The girl on the second photo must be a midget. The girl on the third photo has a quite pretty face, but is all in all a bit chubby. Of course chubby girls have more beef on their asses, but also beef on the waist. Good looking girls have small waists and round hips with firm asses. This is very seldom in Thailand.
The girls on the 4th photo has obviously a firm butt, but is also quite short.
No.5 has not good hips to waist relation. She has also short legs.
No.6 is a most likely shorter than 5 feet. Most likely 4 feet 8 inch. Also, when god has hand out the waists, this girl has hide and so she did not receive a waist. There is no space between shoulders and hips.
Of course my critizism is extreme and cruel, but I like stunners more than performer and so, Thailand is not my shangri La. ;)

Thanks for the reply. I have asked my doctor for a prescription for Ambien but he refused to give me one just for overseas flights. I guess he is worried about lawsuits if I OD or something.
I didn't want to purchase it online since I only need a few and they force you to purchase 30 min. Lastly, I would not be sure if I am getting the correct pills. This is why I was hoping to be able to purchase maybe like 4-5 in Bangkok to see if it works.
