So I am in the Philippines and the rates provided in the thread seem to be on the very optimistic side. I'm getting quotes over 5 k. They all start higher. One quoted 10 k for both ST and LT, she actually was very pleasant to message with though.

It's also very hard to get a quote from most. They want me to give it. And then just ask me to go up. Even a mid-30 MILF wanted 7 k and only went down to 4 k. Which I would pay the extra 1 k for a younger girl.

Maybe I'm just a bad negotiator.

If you have time in your side, then just be upfront:

"That's great but it's too much for me. I normally pay XXX.

If you are in town here sometime just drop me a msg. I'll be around somewhere and we can meet up".

Once they know you won't accept ridiculous offers and are prepared to move on, then it's not uncommon to receive a message that afternoon or tomorrow saying that they are miraculously nearby shopping, visiting friends or some such excuse.

Hi all, I hit up Burgos Street last night for the first time in a while. Nothing radically new to report. I was bar hopping along the strip and tried out a few different places before going back to Maison, which, BTW, I think is the best bang for your buck currently available on the strip. It's also conveniently close to Sogo. Which, as it happens, is where this perplexing situation ended. I was recommended a girl by the Mamasan, we got along great in the bar after I dropped the requisite pesos, and decided to go around the corner to the hotel. Once there, we stripped down, showered, got cosy together and there was some DATY, then she refused to do anything further. It was totally bizarre to me as we seemed to be having fun and I am a pretty young (and not bad looking dude IMHO), disease free and clean etc. I told her I was unhappy with the situation and left a 100 PHP tip for (no) services rendered. Ever experience something like this? Maybe she was just new to the game and chickened out?

Fwiw she was a real hotty, 10 on the buxom scale and a spinner to boot, but maybe a 6-7 face. I know I know, YMMV.

I would say that anyone can find lookers in numerous bars in AC, and Burgos. Same in AC: Lollipop, Club Stars (small club, dozen girls), and XS bar (100+ girls, something there for everyone) are usually* full of lovelies.

* If not now, wait until the next shift hits. All AC bars, even those with lookers, will have a weak batch sometimes. 30 minutes later you get a new / different group. Or tomorrow.

You can walk around AC bars the same way and find one you like. But your payment of p5 k to the bar is the complete payment up-front. Its cheaper this way, but there is no guarantee that she will not run away early, or that she will perform well.

In both of these places, there is no negotiating or little negotiating. She might offer p6 k for her tip in Burgos, and you might negotiate that down to 5 k, dropping the total from 11 k down to 10 k. Who would care?

If you were talking about FL, there is no way to answer your question. FL negotiate from position of strength based on her immediate need. As Goffering said, if she has an immediate emergency she will negotiate down considerably, but if you are a 2-week warrior and not one of her regular expat geezers, you will probably never find out that she is more desperate today.

However, there are a couple of things working in Makati's favour: the prettiest girls are going to gravitate to the money and that's going to be in Manila, of which Makati is an affluent area; Makati doesn't have the hyper focused K-girls or drinks only that the prettiest AC girls seem to be so many more are happy to hook up with a white guy vs AC; WC1 has correctly mentioned that AC is fully prepaid with no recourse for runners or poor performance, where-as Makati girls have some or all of their payment at risk pending the customers' satisfaction; Makati is also a lot more than just Burgos street and includes high end malls, girls with legit 9 to 5's, clubs and pubs of all descriptions etc. I'd suggest you have a clear understanding of if you are chasing pure looks or overall performance.

A pretty Burgos bargirl is going to be a 10 k event. WC1 breakdown of line items is correct. This can easily double if you include a night of drinking, clubbing or meals. Both AC and Burgos barfines and tips have very little room for negotiations or discounts. This is possible with independents but a pretty girl will know her worth and may actually charge more. Quotes of 15 k aren't unheard of from the promo / IG set in Manila. Thankfully, runners and false promises from these are pretty rare, unlike AC. If you want to lower your sights, then 3 to 5 k is very doable for a freelancer or online girl.

I thought this was a scam to get more drinks out of him, but we asked mamasan in Lips if they have similar policy and they said yes. I think this may be a way for girls to get more money by going back for second customer for the night, but trust Lips mamasan to tell almost the truth.

Make sure in the bar the duration your money is getting you, 5 k might not get you a full night.

I was pretty wasted (which is my modus operandi) and lost interest as soon as she was unwilling to do anything more. Also I can't enjoy a situation which the girl is not into, which she obviously was not. So we spoke about nothing else happening, cleaned up and got dressed, and left, and I dropped the "tip" before I left the room. It was a little weird as I expected her to stay a little longer in the room but she came out to the elevator with me? Don't ask me why. Then we parted ways from the lobby. It would be extremely generous to call me young and handsome but I thought things were going well before she bailed. Mine was also blistering hot but definitely not a Cherry Girl, having done both the domestic and foreign expat circuit. The only difference was that I found her online, not as a barfine.

To this day, I still have no idea why it happened.

However I am confused by the '5 k' you mentioned. The barfine will be 4 k, and the tip amount is pre-negotiated with the girl (4-6 k is typical). Girls still get only 1 k from the 4 k barfine. If she runs in the night, you have the power to tip or not, or how much between zero and the agreed-upon tip amount. I find it odd that a Burgos bargirl would decide to depart early. She might end up doing the first deed in the hotel, then heading back to the bar, receiving only p1000 (from the barfine amount), should the customer withhold the tip. It makes more sense for her to finish the evening / morning and second pop, and collect her full amount (1 k from the barfine + 5 k from the morning tip = 6 k total) rather than run off. Running back to the bar risks not getting any LD's or further barfine for the night, netting her p1 k.

Its in the bar's interest if she barfines twice in an evening. The bar receives p2000 of a p3500 barfine (1 k to the girl, 500 to the mama), and 2500 from a 4 k barfine. If she barfines twice in an evening, that's either 4 k or 5 k to the bar. To defend the bar in Muttley's instance, they might not be looking for 2 barfines, they might just be looking to get extra LD's from the girl if she stays in the bar longer, barfining later in the evening.

BTW, there are fellas out there that feel compelled to give the full pre-agreed tip amount when the girl fails to perform or changes her mind and leaves early. I think that's nuts. But as long as this exists, it creates incentive for girls and bars to attempt to get away with this.

I'd not heard of this clause before in negotiations.
