Most other Oily massage places are for sex, not really for a "real" massage. So a "normal" massage place will not be offering special, unless by "normal", you mean a sex shop.

Oily massage sex can normally be cheaper than a gogo bar-girl and better for PSE (at the right place), e.g. Tulip, Mango, etc., but girls may not be that special looking.
